I wanted to submit this review to help other people that might be going through a similar decision. Please read this and be careful. This was my experience buying a vehicle from Northwest Bus Sales. I run a dog rescue organization called Tragic To Magic (tragictomagic.org) and I had been looking for a vehicle for some time to transport the animals from the San Diego area to the Northwest where they could more easily be adopted. I bought a truck from them and totally trusted my salesman. I wired the money $45,645.00 for the bus on Feb 10, 2023. From day one it was riddles with problems. There were oil leaks and water leaks and conputer diesel problems. My transport of the dogs goes from San Diego to the Seattle area which covers mountains and extreme temperatures depending on what time of year you go. It is very dangerous to be in a situation where you can’t continue driving the vehicle when I have 30 dogs in the car. And these are not the kind of repairs that can be made by your local mechanic on every corner. It was a nightmare. I hired a third company to help me sell it and buy a van in its place. When they went to sell it, they did the CarFax report, and it was discovered that this vehicle had been in a “severe’ accident and the only thing I could get for it was basically a few thousand as scrap. I finally found a buyer who will live in it and paid me $5,000.00 This has been a devastating loss to my organization tragic to magic I paid $45,645.00 to purchase, approximately $10,000.00 in repairs and modifications and was only able to recoup $13,000.00 in less than a year. (loss of $42,645.00) This has been a horrible experience. It has affected me physically and emotionally. I'm trying to put the whole thing behind me and move on and continue to save dogs.
