    I ordered a couple things I don't like them I want to return them and you cannot get a hold of these people for nothing their phone numbers are not legit the email is not legit they have nothing no way to contact them after you buy your stuff to come back low life Chinese company probably

    Horrible Customer Service. Item is defective. Was told to send back based on pictures. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. No refund. This whole ordeal has been going on nearly 6 weeks. Relentless emails deals are sent to me daily but they don't handle Customer complaints at all. Do not buy from this company.

    Worst company I have dealt with in over a decade. I paid for the expedited shipping and it didn’t arrive for month. I’ve asked for a return slip and they have not responded. No phone numbers for this company are valid. Worst business ever do not buy from American legend Rider. I gave it one star because I had to give it a rating. 0 of 5 ??

    I ordered a royal blue helmet and it came it teal. Very significant difference. They say it's my fault because of lighting and the screen on my phone.

    American legend rider is terrible. I bought the interchangeable riding glasses frame cracked cannot get in touch with customer service. Their phone #Is out of order you can’t even get in touch with them

    Ordered boots that were over $100 and they smelled horrible and were too big. Retuned them immediately and am getting the run around. Do not buy from them!

    Gail D When I bought one coat from ALR on Apr 6,2024, I mistakenly ordered a second one. Realizing my mistake I immediately, within minutes, cancelled the second coat order. But I was too late! Even though they emailed me and told me the second coat order would be cancelled and that I would receive a full refund for the second coat. It never happened Well that was back on April 6 and here it is may 1st and still no reply and no refund from ALR. I have tried to contact them (three times) but they do not reply! So, I called my bank and talked to them about getting a refund for the first coat of $294.05 and a refund of $219.05 for the second coat that I did not want.ALR took my money for both coats. I have not received a coat or a refund. This company is a SCAM and I hope that they do not do this to anyone else. So, buyer beware and this is a warning DO NOT ORDER anything from this company!

    This company has a horrible BBB rating. All complaints similar to mine. I bought a pair of their boots and they're really cool. The ones with the skull latches and the big rubber soles. However, the pictures show a dark brown boot and when I got mine they're basically orange leather. They look nothing like the leather in any of their advertisements. I've been sending emails with pictures to multiple people at American legend riders including the owner and I've also been leaving voicemails, I have had no response. This has been going on for 5 days. If things change and their response is satisfactory, I'll remove this very negative review. But so far, I'm extremely unhappy with their lack of customer service and their false advertising. Ray ORDER #******

    Horrible, placed order on 12/4/2023 for a skull helmet and a jacket /vest looks like Armour. 12/21/2023 neither have shipped from them . Still at same location of store.No replies, no contact back from them. Will contest charge on bank and stop payment. Scammers I feel.

    SCAM! Do not send your money to them. I ordered a vest from them that they said was in stock for $250 and after the 14 days they said I would have it by, I tried to call. Their call center does not answer the phone at all so I sent an email where they said the item was out of stock and I could order something else instead. I said I dont want anything else and I want a full refund. They said they would contact me with details on my refund and ever since, they have not responded again. I reported them to my bank for fraud. I do not recommend anyone send them their money.
