    Was contacted by gadgetgiveawayco.com that I had won a BOSE audio speaker. All I had to do was pay $9.95 for shipping Speaker never arrived I called *** and was told I didnt win anything, but was entered in a Drawing to Win. FRAUD AND SCAM!

    I had to cancel my senior citizen **** card after paying $7.85 shipping fees for a bogus offer from a *********************** video on ******* and ******** offering a free, surplus 5-piece LeCreuset cookware set. After no email confirmation came, I got suspicious and luckily took screenshots of the order, etc. ******** told me a different name from www. Gadgetgiveaway.com instead named BuySunnyGatesOnline had posted a pending transaction immediately. The email address of ************************** they included and the customer service telephone number ************** are both useless. When I contacted the ********* number I found ************** I gave **** who answered the Order Number *******. She said it belonged to a ******************** (sp) several times, whom I do not know and to contact my bank?! She claimed to not be able to find my email address, even though someone posted the $7.85 charge. Previously, they have used *************************** and ***************************** in fraudulent offers. I did not agree to sign up for or subscribe to anything period. Return all of my money immediately to ******** and do NOT bill me for anything AND do not contact me by any email nor U.S. Mail, only through BBB to resolve this as I requested by refund. I also have a bank charge of $10 for this one transaction in January ****.

    Not only was a complaint filed to the ******* fraud and dispute unit, but Food Network replied on the same date of payment that it had no connection to phony AI offers using images and videos of *********************** and other celebrities about LeCreuset cookware. The bank informed me that just three hours after I paid the shipping fees, the same thieves attempted to withdraw $189.30 using a different vendor name in another state. I had already closed the **** card as mentioned once no order confirmation email was sent to me.

    i saw a charge of ***** that i did not authorize. I contacted the company referenced on my bank statement and i reached an outsourced call center who tried to tell me they could not refund the charge they could only provide me partial credit. I would not stand for that. i was refunded after 2 hours of back and forth. They could not provide a direct source of how the charge occurred. They only said "you made this charge online".

    I was charged **** for shipping and handling for a ***** Series 9 ****** which was offered to me as consolation for completing a CVS survey. A few days later I was also charged ***** for absolutely no reason and I never received the ******. When I called I was told that the **** was a charge for Participating in a raffle. Thats illegal! I want my money back and sent to me as a check since I had to cancel my card due to this company - if you can call call it a company- fraudulently charging it. Scam factories like this need to be shut down.

    I received an email about a survey and that I had won a new Oral B toothbrush. I was told only to pay the $8.95 for shipping and handling. Then I get another email saying it's just to be in a drawing, not an actual winner. My account was then attempted to charge $43.94 for some other sites product.

    I got an email asking me to do a survey. After the survey I was told I won ********************* cooking set but had to pay $8.95 shipping. Here to find out the whole thing is a scam. Im trying to cancel but not having any luck. Hoping they dont keep charging my credit card.

    On 4/2/2023, I submitted $8.95 to pay a shipping charge to this company. Foolish me. I have since researched this company and should have know that this was a scam when it offered something at no cost, except this shipping amount. At this time, I would like to be reassured that I will not be charged further amounts (as other people who have fallen victim to this scam have). I have emailed and called the number on the website for this and I have gotten no replies.

    I received an email from ************* that I would receive a **** Inspiron if I completed a survey, which I did. I then was told to pay $8.95, I thought for shipping charges. The $8.95 transaction appeared in my checking account as Advance Electronics. I then received a notice that I was placed in a lottery to win the **** Inspiron. It was not a gift. About two hours later, $43.94 was deducted from my checking account by Shopoverdrivegearcom. The source had a telephone number, which was ************. I immediately contacted the number and customer service told me that the fee was part of the original **** Inspiron deal. So the two separate transactions are connected by different names to the same **** Inspiron lottery number. I in no way authorized the second transaction. I told customer service to immediately terminate the accounts and provide a refund or I would report them to the authorities. **************** told me they had terminated the accounts and that I would only receive about $13 refund within about 3 business days.

    Received an email from this person saying I was being charged $599.00 through PayPal for software I did not order. Upon calling the PayPal customer support number listed in eMail I got the message "This number is no longer in service". This is a SCAM.
