I submitted an order with the ***** Twins for a General *** giveaway for a few stickers and wrist bands. now i am being charged $9 monthly without my permission. I ordered over 100 dollars worth of merchandise before Christmas 2024 it is now almost February 2025 and I still don't have my merchandise. They sent me a tracking number after several calls to customer service but they still have not shipped the merchandise according to the post office.this is a disgrace to the twins and the way they present them self.Business Response

On December 8, 2024, I made an online order for a poster. The total cost was $39.36. As of January 14th, I have not received the order. I have contacted the company four times over the course of a month asking about the status of the order. On January 14, 2025, I received an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock and they issued a store credit for $29.99. I did not ask for a store credit and they didn't even refund the total amount. I want a full refund back to the original form of payment. I do not wish to do business with this company and do not want a store credit.Business Response

They were doing a giveaway for a truck, trailer, a car, and $10,000. All 4 prizes in 1 giveaway. I ordered specifically for the entries an hour after their ******* video posted which stated that the giveaway was still going on. Only after I confirmed the purchase did they inform me that that giveaway is no longer valid. It said the contest ended in the webpage after order confirmation, but I couldn't find any other information on their website stating that that exact giveaway ended. I emailed them right away to cancel the order. They even informed me via email it was their fault. They did not want to cancel. So I disputed the transaction with my bank, since I specifically bought merchandise for the specific giveaway. I now have to dispute it again because I have received no merchandise, which I do not want anyways; I just want a refund. I ordered merchandise solely for entries into that contest and the merchandise was just a bonus. They cannot put me back into a giveaway that they already gave away the prizes, so there is no way to make it right unless they refund me. They could've told me "Ok, we made a mistake, here's your refund." It is that simple. Instead they are still fighting to keep my money. It is greed and false advertising. I gave them money for products they said they would give me for said money, then they said they were only going to give me a portion of those products, and I ended up getting nothing.Also, I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription. I emailed them to cancel it and told them it was impossible to cancel because when you try to delete your card info, it won't let you unless you put another card on file. It brings the user in circles. They said they would but I got charged again the next month. To be fair, they reimbursed me the $30 but still would not cancel the original order.I just want a refund. They made a mistake in their advertising and video editing and lied, so I should not have to pay for their mistakes and deceit.Business Response

Our giveaway official rules are posted on our website and are accessible at any time to view. That is where we will post the dates that we follow. The order you placed was not eligible for the Power Wagon, Camper and $10K but you were entered into the General *** giveaway + $10K. I ordered a Tshirt Aug6, 2024 only received a generic thank you for your support email. No tracking information what so ever. Aug 21, 2024 I emailed asking about shipping and that I never received anything else from them. Another generic email stating theyre behind and I should be getting my order soon.
