      The company sent an email saying they refunded funds back to my account as of 3/16 1:00pm no funds from this company my bank said Nope they lie. Then became aggressive and kept referring back email where they said they refunded $. One of shirts was defective due to color graphics/color of T washed out couldnt see graphics. I sent all back on my dime. I have not seen replacement Tee or it funds two replace it mind you 3T have already sent to Melanin Apparel me on my dime. Its disgusting spend my $$$ on *** owned business just to get ripped off by them ****** is excellent ****************** great materials & pretty much nothing else good about this company, lie and steal

      On January 11, 2025, I placed an order for two T-shirts, and I was charged $69.30 in total. I received a partial order (one ******* ******** T-shirt, size 4XL), but I did not receive the Black and Famous Mugshot T-shirt, size 4XL.On January 21, 2025, I contacted the vendor to advise them that I only received part of my order. As of January 23, 2025, the vendor continues to make excuses for why I did not receive a complete order. When I received only one, the vendor charged my bank card for two T-shirts.The vendor keeps making excuses. The vendor never informed me there is a back order of the Black and Famous Mugshot T-shirt, size 4XL. All they kept sending me is what is noted in their response to my email.

      Order #****** On January 2, I ordered five hoodies from the Melanin Apparel website. After waiting a month to received the order from CHINA; the order is WRONG.Melanin Apparel is missing the "Every Shade Slays Fashion ****************** that's 50% cotton. Also I ordered "Black History Started Before-Hoodie L 20% cotton, 75% polyester, 5% spandex; the one that arrived is made with some Chinese characters, which does not tell me the materials breakdown.

      I am filing a complaint against Melanin Apparel due to their unprofessional and hostile customer service response to a simple order modification request.On December 19, 2024, I contacted Melanin Apparel via email to request a change in my order (#******). I mistakenly ordered two hoodies instead of ZIP versions for both items. I promptly reached out, explaining my error and requesting the change before the order was processed. Despite multiple attempts to ensure my request was received, I was met with rude, unprofessional, and argumentative responses from a representative named *****. She even discouraged me from sending multiple emails, even though I was not getting any response and needed *************** her reply, ***** also made an unnecessary and unprofessional remark about having "*****+ customers who follow instructions," implying that my concern was insignificant. When I mentioned that I would dispute the charges if I couldn't get a refund, she stated that they would involve their lawyers due to their "no refund policy." Such behavior over an $80 transaction is not only unprofessional but also concerning. This conduct is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a business that claims to value its customers.Furthermore, the company's website states "Free Replacement and Easy Refunds," which contradicts ******* statements and actions. Given her behavior, I no longer trust receiving anything from this company.

      Company sent a men's bathing suit 2 sizes too small, then told me their exchange policy does not allows for refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues, despite the fact that this was their error. They offered me 50% discount on purchasing another one. No thank you!

      PLEASE SEE ATTACHEMENTS!We purchased a t-shirt and a hoodie for our kids. They are both poor quality and one is too. I sent an email advising that my daughter isn't satisfied with the item's quality and it's too big. Someone responded and advised that the company doesn't refunds due to sizing or material b/c that info is listed on the site. SO! It's also listed that if the customer isn't satisfied then they will complete a refund! They have since not responded and still not issue a refund.

      I bought a hoodie from this retailer. The policy says if you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned. In all actuality, they will not accept returns for sizing issues. I am unsatisfied with the purchase as it is not the correct size. Thus, it should fall under the unsatisfied category. However, they will not honor the exchange or refund. I would like a complete refund now or a proper exchange. In addition, I would like them to remove the clause off of their website stating they will honor returns since this is not the case.

      I requested a RMA for several items that were ordered. I've only received 1 item which is of inferior quality and the wrong size. There has been several emails between me and this organization. I've sent the photos and explained my position. Their position is no refund, no exchange, no go. They have reviewed the photos and stated that there is no problem with the garment.I am also going to contact my bank to file a complaint for the return of my funds.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Melanin Apparel regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience and unresolved issue. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have been met with indifference, deception, and inadequate customer service.On 05/13/23, I placed an order for a hoodie priced at $76.00 with Melanin Apparel. However, I have yet to receive the merchandise I paid for. After contacting their customer service team via email, I was initially provided with an apology for the delay and a promise to rectify the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, they informed me that a t-shirt would be sent as an apology for the inconvenience caused by the missing hoodie. While this attempted resolution was appreciated, it is important to note that I did not request or pay for a t-shirt. I paid specifically for a hoodie, and it is only fair that I receive the exact product I ordered and paid for. Despite their promises, the hoodie never arrived, and subsequent attempts to reach out to Melanin Apparel were met with evasion and lack of accountability. They even went as far as blocking me on Instagram when I sought assistance through that platform, further demonstrating their disregard for resolving the issue. This behavior is both unprofessional and unethical.I am deeply dissatisfied with the way Melanin Apparel has handled this situation. As a paying customer, I expected to receive the product I purchased and to be treated with respect and integrity. Unfortunately, my trust has been shattered, and I have been scammed out of $76.00. I request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that Melanin Apparel takes immediate action to resolve the issue. Specifically, I am seeking the following:Delivery of the hoodie I originally ordered and paid for within the next seven days.Adequate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal, considering the delay and lack of communication from Melanin Apparel.
