  This was my third order from Overnight Prints and I was very happy with it. The colors look great, they were cut appropriately, and the only downside was that a corner of the box opened up a little in transit and the bookmarks right next to the opening got wet. Overall it was less than ten bookmarks that were affected, and I put them in my purse to hand out since the bookmarks in my purse always look a little worn. The rest look great!

  I receive the cards. The colors are off. I am the card designer and used the same file that I used when you created the cards in 2022. The blues and pinks are dull. The caricature of the lady on the cards skin is pink where it is not on the original file and wasn't on the last time you printed them. I have sent the requested images to you based on the initial response.

  I liked my order, I was just disappointed that they were cut off center. Overnight prints was fast though, and I received my order a week sooner than expected!

  Sadly, my order was late. Late enough that my money was waisted :( I've use this company to print for years and they were consistent when the app told when the delivery would happen. Not any more. I would have even paid more for the order to arrive on time. When I contacted the company they didn't offer a refund, or work to try to get the order delivered to where I needed it. I dislike leaving bad reviews and only do it when I think it's very necessary. If you have a mission critical order. Do not trust their timings.

  This vendor charged a $30 fee to expedite shipping. The order was not even shipped by the date I paid the extra amount for. In addition, when the order arrived, the box appeared opened and had nothing in it. They did not offer to refund my money to my card - they wanted to offer an in-store credit instead. In addition, I never received ANY product to date, and my order was $77 total. It's been almost 30 days since I ordered and no product - and no refund.

  I placed an order that should have been delivered two days ago, but has gone into some kind of black hole. I cannot reach the company by chat or “support” ticket, the only two means they provide. They do not seem to be an actual company at all, but rather just a scam website.

  No longer a trusted vendor/service! As I've now seen in several other reviews, Overnight Prints USED TO BE fast and reliable. I'd had MANY jobs printed over the years and never had any issue until recently. I had a BITGET (Buy It Today, Get It Tomorrow) order that was delayed for more than a week while at my previous employer. Since I'd always had good, reliable service in the past, I chalked it up to a one-time fluke. HOWEVER, I am now with a new employer, and am experiencing THE SAME ISSUE. I keep using their chat feature to inquire about the order status, and have gotten nowhere. (Here's an idea: Stop offering a service that you cannot fulfill!!) In addition, a portion of their website was glitching terribly, and I followed all of the suggestions given to me in the chat in order to try to fix the issue. Nothing worked, and eventually the chat agent (bot?) just stopped responding. I highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from Overnight Prints.
