Wonderful quality postcards. I was really happy with the order. They also shipped very promptly.

The order was timely and the paper quality good. However the color balance was much more blue than I expected. I do color balance my monitor so that was disappointing. I would do a hard proof i the future.

The cards were on time but the logo was off-center and they looked cheap.

Overall I am pleased with my order from Overnight Prints. However, the edge of the page on the inside of the front fold of my brochure has a slight kink in it. I contemplated complaining and sending them back but was under the gun for a show and would not have been able to have them replaced in time for the event. When I handed one to my husband, it was the first thing he noticed. It was an obvious machine flaw in folding and he tought they should be redone. My business cards were great. I love the printing on both sides and the coating gives them a nice feel and needed protection.

I ordered my business cards early on 4/8/24 so that I would have them for a conference that I was attending. The estimated time of delivery was 4/11/2024. The cards arrived the day after I left for the conference on 4/16/204. This is the first time this has happened and I was very disappointed. Needless to say I had no cards to hand outl

I've used OP since 2011, and have always been happy with my orders. Until this year. Placed an order of postcards for graduation. I paid extra for faster shipping, but could see that my order was not even in production in order to meet that shipping deadline. Reached out, and didn't hear back until right after it finally did ship. Late of course. While most of my cards were OK, the quality over the years seems to have gone WAY DOWNHILL. I had a handful of cards that were scratched up, not cut well, and just not nice for sending to friends and family. Still, I sent out what I could. I reached out to OP again regarding my order, but found that it takes quite a bit of work to get in touch with someone, and when you finally do, it's mostly run-around. They don't seem to stand behind their product like they have in the past. They don't seem to care! I realize that shipping and production issues arise; but let your customer know. Don't promise deadlines you can't make. Take care of your customers. My guess is that there are a handful of people running the show there, and they are backed up, bogged down, and just don't care. Sad really. I won't be ordering from the again.

Customer service was awesome shipping was quick and quality great. This was a reorder. Will order from them again

I have been communicating via online chat with this company for 3 weeks now about getting refunded the tax we were charged and they will not answer me. Very frustrating!!!
