Sirs: My wife, ***** ********, purchased the Upliftex Women's Orthotic Sandals for Bunions on 11/3/24 order #******* for $59.95. Since my wife was not happy with the fit, we returned them via **** on 11/20/24 and as per **** tracking, the sandals were received at their facility in *************, ** on 11/22/24 at 11:10am. We've made three enquires to their customer service via email and their support website and as of today's date, we have yet to receive a response, nor have we received a credit of $59.95. I returned the shoes to ************************ on 11/4/24 via ***** Today is 12/4/24, I have emailed the retailer several times requesting a refund but never heard back. I purchased a pair of shoes from this company on or about Aug 21, 2024. They didnt fit. I mmediately started to wrap them up at the same time looking for an order # or packing slip. There was none. I could not find my purchase order so I followed their directions and emailed them for an order# and what they call an RA #. Standard well get back to you within 24 hours etc . But there was no response, no phone call ( they dont seem to have a phone#) since I have emailed them relentlessly. All kinds of ways, begging, angry, nice, you name it. Nothing. They sent me a pair of sandals that I ordered from them. The sandals were very cheap and didnt fit me anyway, so I asked for a refund. I sent them back. They provided the shipping label. They received them on June 3,2024, according to the ***** I have continued asking for a refund, and they havent provided one after telling me that they would assure me a full refund. I purchased two pair of shoes. One pair was the wrong size. I returned them on June 11, 2024, see **** tracking # below, confirmed the company received my return on June 13, 2024. They have not refunded my credit card. They have responded to my emails first by stating they would confirm receipt with warehouse, then by sending a new return request form. I order these 3 pairs of shoes from Upliftex They were too spshort and too wide. I sent a return in. Never heard from them until I emailed them and asked where my refund was. They needed my tracking number which I gave them and also the print out saying they had been delivered to them. Today I get an email telling me to return the shoe!Initial Complaint

April 24, 2024 I ordered a pair of "Women's Orthopedic Bunion Correction Leather Sandals with good arch support as the description. That is why I purchased the shoes, for the arch support as I have plantar fasciitis. However, when I received them on May, 9th they were flat, plastic, with no cushion, no arch support and I always wear a size 10, but these are too small. I was sent an inaccurate shoe to the description and dont feel that I should have to pay to return something, when the correct item was not sent in the first place. However that is what they said I'd have to do through an email exchange. I did, went to the ** and sent them on May 23rd, within the 30 day return window. I emailed and asked about them on June 14th and received an email stating that they would need a tracking number which I regrettably do not still have as I had my car detailed and it must have been thrown out. I have the $6.80 transaction on my credit card with **** but that's all. This has now cost me $46.79 for them to not deliver the advertised product.
