    RE: order ************ Per their Terms & Conditions, I emailed *****@ymimports.com on Friday, May 27, 2022 and requested details on how to process my return. Everything was unopened and in original packaging/shrink wrap. I corresponded with Mary, who advised I need to ship the product to ******** Return Center in Kentucky?? This made little sense to me as Yellow Mountain Imports are located in Las Vegas. Shipping costs to Kentucky (instead of Las Vegas) was an extra $30. I delayed before shipping it back, trying to find the most economical return method, but eventually gave up and proceeded to return via UPS on Thursday, June 23, 2022. When I returned home from UPS, I immediately found my email thread with Mary to provide my UPS tracking number. It was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. I found it a little strange that she did not reply to me within 24 hours like she usually did but thought nothing of it. It's now been nearly a month and I've yet to receive the refund. Even worse, my email correspondence with Mary has been mysteriously removed from my inbox and my subsequent messages have been ignored. I returned the item well within the 60-day window and would just like my money back.

    I ordered a mahjong set from them, the box came broken and open but I was able to patch it up. It was meant to be a present but I decided against it. On their site it says to email them for the return address and over the course of 1 month I emailed them 4 times but so far it's been no reply even thought it also says on their site they will get back in 1 biz day. Not sure what is happening but it's starting to feel like a scam. I just want to get the mahjong set back to them and my refund!
