    I ordered a pair of their clip on sunglasses for a new pair of glasses Warby Parker could not provide. I placed my order on 6/19/24 and I was contacted via email on 6/20/24 to confirm measurements of my lenses. I was patient because they were a special order. I received confirmation/USPS tracking on 8/14/24 and received them the following week. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end product. Additionally, through my own fault, I lost one of the clips used to secure the clip ons to my glasses. I contacted Clip On Express thru their website. I inquired if I could get a replacement clip or if I needed to order another pair. The next day they responded they were shipping a couple of clips at no charge to me. Now that’s customer service!

    Ordered a pair of magnetic clip on sunglasses for my Ray Ban glasses on June 11, 2024, thinking that maybe the reviews were not true. However, a week later and no shipping notification I am beginning to believe the reviews and think I have been scammed. I have contacted the vendor twice now and am still waiting on a reply (which I am uncertain I am going to get). When the phone number associated with "ClipOnExpress" goes straight to a voicemail, I am almost certain this order was a scam. I will be contacting my credit card for a refund as I do not expect to receive the items I order. This is shame that a company can take advantage of customers searching for such a hard item to find (clip on sunglasses that fit their specific glasses). This will teach me to do my researching before purchasing "subpar" or "sketchy" website.

    I paid for expedited shipping but they only shipped after I contacted credit card company to dispute. Had to order somewhere else because we need our sunglasses! Ignored my communication completely. Never refunded my expedited shipping charge

    This is my first time ever writing a review for anything, but I was so impressed with the quality of the product I just had to. The quality of the materials And the workmanship were spot on. the time frame frome when the actual order Was placed to when I received The product was a little longer than I would have liked but overall not bad. Also, I'm not too tech savvy, but with their assistance I was able to place my order and get my questions answered with no problem.

    Slow delivery, lack of communication, finally received magnetic clip ons which was substandard. The magnetic nose piece doesn't hold and very loose fit on the frames.

    "Express" it is not. Took 2 months and a week to receive my order. Here's what you can expect: - The website did not work right when ordering and when I followed up, we placed the order and paid by email. This made me nervous but the rep knew exactly what glasses I had right away (by only looking at the photos) so I thought "ok ... probably legit". - An order confirmation was received. - No customer service or communication. Checking on the status of the order is like emailing into a blackhole. - Eventually my clips came and they are fine. 2 star rating because I did receive the order and it was fine. Just not "express" and really lacking in customer service / communication.

    I sent my clip on sunglasses back to Cliponexpress for a warranty claim. After a few weeks I emailed the company to get an update on my sunglass repair. Never received any feedback. Then about 4 week later I emailed Cliponexpress again about my warranty and again never heard back. All Im just trying to get a update. I have never dealt with a company with the worst customer service. I would never buy from this company again.

    Ordered a pair of of clip on sunglasses on 6/2/22 and to date 8/8/22 have not received them. I have tried multiple times to contact Clip on Express through email to get an update on my order, but have never received any updates. They had no problem changing me for my order the first day. I have never dealt with a company with this bad of a customer service were you cant even get an update on your order. The company seemed very professional when I placed my order. Taking all my information and having me taking pictures of my glasses, but now not sure if I got scammed?
