- Returns will only be accepted with return authorization number. All authorized equipment returns which are in the sealed original condition (factory fresh, original cartons, with all accessories) must be ship prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. All returns must be made within 14 days. Only products which are unused and NEW may be returned - if the product has been used in any way (If any food has come in contact with the item, it may not be returned).
