I have provided sufficient information to the customer service, including my passport, bank statements, transaction records, credit cards, etc. But the customer service still does not pay the rebate.Request the merchant to pay the rebate of $145.1 as soon as possible.I also want to complain to a customer service representative of Extrabux, her name is: *************.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly provided sufficient documentation to your customer service. Regarding some of the screenshots I provided that covered up information, your customer service said that some sensitive information could be covered up.I am now asking Extrabux to pay my rebate and change a customer service representative to handle my case.

    I puechased some things on different websites go through the Extrabux.com, the earliest was on 2023/02/22, the system prompts to receive the cash back after 90 days at the latest, but so far 2003/6/22, I have never received the money.

    We understand your feelings about AliExpress. Extrabux is exactly in line with yours on this point. Unfortunately, the merchants have different payment cycle, which is mentioned briefly in our FAQ. See *********************************************** .

    Validation period of certain stores may exceed 90 days. If your purchases didnt move to Available after 90 days, you can provide us screenshots of the orders via email ****************** and we will contact the merchant to expedite the payment process. We would like to get you cash back as much as possible and hope your experience with Extrabux will remain a good memory. We ensure once we receive their cashback, you can get paid instantly.

    i placed an order on visible through extrabux on Nov 23, 2022 and until today, Mar 04, 2023, they still refused to send me the cashback. Their website says that customers should expect to receive the payout in 60 days but it has been 100 days in my case and there is still no updates. i asked them to investigate the case and send me the payout asap but they never be helpful. thus i'm asking your help.

Generally speaking, the cash back for the purchase will not be Available for payment until 90 days after the purchase.  Validation period of certain stores may exceed 90 days.     About Visible, it requires the customer to activate service within 7 days and maintain active service for at least 60 continuous days. Your cashback of this purchase posted to your Extrabux on Jan. 28th. 

    We cooperate with merchants through the third party. As of now, the orders in October have already been paid. We have no new channels to replace in a short period of time, so your order will still take some time to wait. Apologies we cannot provide more help at this time.

    We would like to get you cash back as much as possible and hope your experience with Extrabux will remain a good memory. We ensure once we receive their cashback, you can get paid instantly. Our BD colleagues will also actively look for new channel Partners.

    On 5/2/2022 I completed a cashback shopping offer via ******** with the affiliated store, eBid who were offering a generous cash back offer of 20% (plus a 5% bonus offered by ********).eBid Invoice #****** To date, this cash back hasn't been granted.
