This company used to be fine. Not anymore. Placed and paid for an in-stock item on January 2, 2025. Have emailed Support and get canned response that says nothing. Have called 800 number repeatedly and get hung up on by automated system. It is now February 8 and I have heard nothing from them. Had to order items from another supplier. Order placed January 12, 2025 Order totaled $24.99 ******** Signature Daily Facial Towelettes, 180 count Company has not shipped item or refunded my money. It has been over 3 weeks even though site says it would ship and be delivered by 1/15/2025. I have emailed company 5 times and every time I get the exact same auto generated email. I've called the customer service line and it is not a legitimate number as it goes to automated message and then disconnects telling you to email them. The email is also automated and just sends you exact same emails every time, never answering any questions and never supplying a tracking number because they are never going to ship your item. Clearly a scam site that has no way to contact them directly except via email and then to just recieve same exact generated email every time you do email them as instructed shows there is actually no legitimate business, no customer service and just a scam to get you to pay and then no way to contact anyone to refund your money since it is all through the one email. No address on their website, when credit card billed it showed HomeDeliveries **********, DE. Please help get a refund from this bogus company. I wish I had seen the reviews on your site before I ordered because then I would have known it was a scam.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 bottles of AmLactin Lotion from Home Deliveries *** (**************************) on December 23, 2024. I paid $53.98 through a ****** account.When I inquired about the order on January 16, 2025, the the vendor cancelled the order. On 12/26/24, I purchased a 40 lb. bag of dog food online from the ****** brand ********. I received a confirmation of the purchase and on 12/27/24, the payment had cleared my bank. I have followed up several times with varying responses, such as inventory was low or the product is ready to ship. I ordered this product for my 94 year old mom on 12/26/24 and received a confirmation and order number right away. I was promised a tracking number on 01/03/25 but didn't receive one. I ordered an item, contact solution, on 1/7 with estimated delivery date given of 1/10. Cost of $38.99. Never received item. Emailed customer service with a response saying low stock/sorry for delay and they will send tracking number by end of the day. Ordered three bags of walnuts halves and pieces onNovember 17th. Money was debited from our 5/3rd bank account on the day we placed the order. Ordering website stated would receive product within one to two business days. It is now ten days later, three business "contact" inquiries and one attempted phone call later with NO response. I assume this company is a complete scam after a) getting no response from them after they took $47 and change, and b) after reading the reviews on BBB's website. Please help us to resolve this and if there is no resolution I wish to press criminal charges against the company. Our bank statement says it is from ********** De. someone has to teach them that what they are doing is wrong. Thank you for your consideration and help with this matter.Customer Answer
