    I have been schemed by Flights Channel! They sold me 2 tickets for usd 4k total and when I was at the airport 2 hours before departure the air company told they tickets did not exist and only a reservation was made and never paid by Flights Channel. I raised a complaint and had email response I would have my money back which I am one whole year into several emails and phone calls. They repeatedly say next month I will receive it. They also said they have tried multiple times revert to my credit card and the bank declined. Too bad for them I work at this bank and have written confirmation they never tried to rever the charge.Liars and schemers. I need my money back!

    Hi,On April 16 2024, I purchased a plane ticket for my friend ******* from ************************** website, the price when I clicked the button to buy it was $2456.36 Canadian dollars, flightschannel took approximately a week to process the ticket, which in the meantime we call them several times to understand what was the problem since I didnt receive any charge on my credit card yet, every time we call they said that they were busy and soon they will process it, thats ok, we waited, when they finally charged my credit card the price went from $2456.36 to $2590.32 (pending charge) we called them again and they started to blame the airline company (Philippines airline) and my credit card, but they said that they will take the loss and refund the difference ($133.96). When I received the final charge on my CC, it was $2655.08, a difference of $198.72, they kept saying that they will refund me that amount, which I wanted it back on my CC, but they told me that was taking up to 28 bus. days, thats fine I told them, after more than 30 dus. Days I didnt have any refund yet, call again and they start with excuses that the system didnt allow them to process it, and they kept asking for a ****** acc. Which I didnt have, so they ask me my bank info for a wire transfer, which I provided it, they told me in 14 bus. Days I will have my refund, 20 days later stil no refund, call again and they started with more excuses, so I got a ****** account and provided them with the email to do the refund, every time I call is more and more excuses, so its clear they dont have any intention on refund me that amount. Every time I call is an excuse.I have all screenshots of everything, all the charges and also have all the emails with them. What I want is my $198.72 back, I did a research of their name and there are thousands of complaints, including here on BBB, most people complain of tickets cancellation and no refund given.Thank you

    On September,4 2023 we booked our flights with flight channel,I received an email confirming date of flight and times for all passengers,our credit card was charged in the amount of $4901.76 of the time of booking,when we arrived at the airport on December 18 2023,we were unable to fly because flight channel did not confirm our flights even though we had emails that confirmed our departure,we tried getting ahold of them with no answer. We had to get new reservations for the following day had to pay for the new reservations,we finally got ahold of them,when we did they agreed to pay the full refund but they only refunded $1,500 that say they are waiting on the airline but we have the tickets showing the airline refunded the fight channel when we call they always say they are waiting on the airline,we call back and they wont answer our phone calls,we had to cancel our original credit card the tickets were purchased because of fraud.

    I purchased 1 roundtrip airline ticket through Flights Channel LLC in August 2023 for travel in December( ****** usd). I received confirmation from the airline that the tickets had been reserved. When I checked the status of my flights a month before departure, the confirmation number was no longer active in the ***** Airlines system. I called the airline and was told that the merchant, Flight Channels, had canceled the flight without my knowledge. I contacted Flights Channel and they blamed the airline and told me that they would put me on the same flight without worries, I flew to check my flight with 2 weeks left and it showed me canceled again, so I called again and they told me that the agency They would give me a full refund and told me 2 billing cycles (I have the email). I am writing this complaint 9 months later and I still have not received any refund or notifications from this company, I called many times and every time they told me that in 20 days they would refund me and I know that if I call again they will. say what they always say. I called my bank and they told me they can't help me, I hope they can help me because it's a lot of money, I have evidence of everything. Based on similar reviews I saw on the internet many people have been robbed, I believe this is a completely fraudulent company and should be shut down to protect consumers.Reference number for flights channel: *****

    At the end of August 2023 I booked a flight with a representative from Flight Channel from *******, *** to *****, **. The representative booked the flight for the wrong dates and Flight Channel explained they could not issue me a refund but they could issue me a flight credit with Delta for approximately 80% of what I paid. I was livid but I had to book a different flight to ***** myself because I needed to be at an event there. Now I've got this flight credit with Flight Channel to use on any Delta flight within the next year. I go to book a flight to ****** today with Flight Channel and while I'm looking at the flight on Delta selling for $564 roundtrip they are advising me that I'll need to pay an additional $330 on top of the $741 flight credit that I have. This would mean that the flight with Delta, through Flight Channel costs approximately twice as much. I asked to speak to a manager and I was advised that they don't speak to customers on the phone that I would need to email them at ************************************** in order to try and connect with a Manager. The price of flights is always changing and usually going up so you would think that they would make it a priority to respond but there is no rush on their end to follow up.I cannot afford to spend now more money on a flight that was screwed up by their customer service representatives in the first place.I have no doubt that Flight Channel is a scam. It's not a travel booking website; it's a bait-and-switch website. The Better Business Bureau needs to intervene.

    Purchased 2roundtrip airline tickets through flights channel on September 16,2023 8:50am. Received confirmation and e-tickets for ***** 13-May3rd 2024.Arrived at airport ticket counter @4:50am ***** 13th. Agent entered our confirmation number then came back to ** and said it Says we were a NO SHOW for our flight for March 13th. Not ***** 13th. II showed her our Flights channel confirmation papers and she said that they entered the wrong month into their system. She said that there was nothing that they could do because it was booked through a third party not them otherwise they would be responsible.Then we both started calling the flights channel 24/7 number.. kept saying no agents available.. the agent said due to school vacation they only has 2 seats in first class available at a cost of $ ******* I had no transportation home at this point .I had no choice at this time to take these as I have already booked a rental car and condo. I then needed to book return flights For an additional $ ****** that I had to put both on my credit card for a total of $3,164.40.So I started calling Flights channel on4/15. 9:35 am Spoke to ****. Explained What happened and that they transferred the wrong date of departure to the airline.Said it would take 24-48hrs and they would get back to me.4/17 2:32pm (****) difficult to understand Confirmed my call to **** .Stated they are waiting to hear from ..Airline and will let me know when this happens.4/26 3:30pm no agent available 4/29 11:00 am spoke to *********** to understand. She said call back after May 20th after first billing cycle. I said the charges are already on my credit card.5/6 9:17am. ***** explained problem again. I said I want to speak to a supervisor Said not answering and promised shell call back in 2 hours..5/6 12:00 **** told him never got a call from supervisor that I have been waiting for.Said he will look into this and will call me back today.. never happened..5/10. No answer x 8

    I did receive a call back from **** an agent on 5/10 at 6:30pm as he promised because the supervisor refused to call me . This was a follow up regarding my earlier concerns that day at 12:20. He said h*** follow up in 5-7 business days with their decision INCLUDING taxes etc.   Still waiting again!!!

    I purchased delta airline tickets via booking agency (Flights Channel) on or about 5/18/2023, however shortly after had to cancel for future credit, I also disputed the charges as flight channel was price gouging. My credit card/bank Synchrony advised me that they would not cancel the charge, unfavorable dispute outcome for me. I called flight channel to use my credit, flight channel advised that I no longer have credit despite providing them with evidence (letters from credit card/bank) that my credit card did not uphold the dispute. Flight channel is telling me that the letters from my credit card/bank are not acceptable. And to boot, flight channel is saying that if I can substantiate that my bank/credit card charged me for the service (airline tickets via flight channel/booking agency), I only have till 5/12/2024. I have filed another dispute with my credit card, as I'm out of options and time, and I'm requesting acceptable documentation from my credit card to forward to flights channel. I included (supporting documents) the emails I received from flights Channel, regarding cancelation and future credit, and the documentation/letters from dispute outcome I forwarded to flights channel, letters are from my credit card provider. Flights channel's number is ************, reference numbers ***** and ***** is what flights channel needs to pull up my account/record.

    October 13,2023 booked a travel ticket for 4 from *** to GRU from *************************************. On December 19, 2023 received this message: From: ****** FlightsChannel.com ********************************** Booking ID: *****, Airline Locator: DWBXHI, Flight AM 649.To: ************************* Date: Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 02:00 PM PST Dear *******,We regret to inform you that your flight booking with reference number [*****] for the flight from [LAX] to [GRU] on [20-12-2023] and coming back on [GRU] to [LAX] on [06-01-2024] has been cancelled by the airline. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.As per our policy, we would like to assure you that you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We have initiated the refund process and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as the processing of refunds *** take some time.We would like to confirm that the refund will be processed within 1-2 billing cycles from the date of cancellation.     I have requested a refund for a flight I booked in October. The purchase was cancelled in December at the last minute before the flight with no warning.     I purchased 2 round trip airline tickets through Flights Channel LLC in May 2023. I received a confirmation from the airline that the tickets had been booked. When I checked the status of my flights a month prior to departure, the confirmation number was no longer active in ***** Airlines system. I called the airline and they told me the merchant, Flight Channels, had cancelled the flight without my knowledge. I contacted Flights Channel and they blamed it on the airline and tried to get me to book a different flight and charge my card again. I requested a full refund and they told me 2 billing cycles. I am writing this complaint 4 months later and have still not received any refund or notifications from this company. Based on similar reviews here and elsewhere, I believe this is a completely fraudulent company and needs to be shut down to protect consumers.
