First off I have been going to doctor Kozmary for over 10 years. Out of all those years I might had to reschedule once. Today I had to go I could not miss my appointment because I would be out the next day but my daughter just had a baby 2 days ago ( first birth) and when she went to lay down she could not get up to even use the bathroom so right before my appointment I called the ambulance but I needed to hurry up back to watch the baby so the dad could go with my daughter…. I called to let them know ahead of time so they could get me in and out if possible! I get there and they say I owe 50.00 dollars first of all I never have a co pay I’m doubled insured and when I asked for what ? They said I was a no show . I go to my pain appointments like clockwork work because I can’t go without my meds or I would be deathly ill let alone be over a week late getting them and not have I been without my meds so I knew that was wrong … I go every 28 days so every month my appointments are 3 days early and the month before it was the 20th of January and they said the appointment I supposedly missed was February 9th that would be way to soon to go and not to mention in January my doctor was on vacation so they had to call in a week extra for February so maybe that’s why they were confused but when I told them I have missed they did not believe me they said prove it mind you this is the day my daughter went to the hospital by ambulance and I called before I left to get in sooner they were so in empathetic, the front desk lady so “oh well” not having no respect for the situation I was under so I said why are u acting like a witch! Well I get tired of pain doctors feeling they can treat you like crap because they hold the power to refuse you and I questioned why was I going to give them money they terminated my care and I did go back to my appointment reminders and found my appointment dates and I did not miss I went on my correct day according to my text message appointments
