  WHEN I SAY WORST COMPANY EVER, horrible communication skills, lack of customer service, lack of knowledge, Impatient. They can’t keep in contact with you, telling me different things. Once I called 4 times and I keep getting sent to voicemail. Then when I called the 5th time I was told I’ll be getting a call back. It sucks when you find a company seeing they have decent ratings on fiddle just to be let down. I’m very understand and burst want them to keep in contact with me. Still been waiting 3 months now every time I go into the case app it’s still in demand stage even after they have told me I’ll hear something soon I hear nothing.

  I retained this firm to represent me in connection with two separate car accidents. Not only was I bounced around from lawyer to lawyer like a ping pong ball, but they did not zealously advocate the matter and drug the process out for nearly 13 months. Additionally, their firm drafted phantom “copy, fax, and telephone” charges totaling $1,900, which also included bogus “Chase card fees” that had absolutely nothing to do with either of my cases. Finally, they used fraud and manipulation into getting me to allow their representation on both cases instead of the one, and never lived up to their end of the bargain with respect to the second case. They literally settled the second case for the same amount that was already offered and on the table prior to their retainment. They basically got a free 33.3% for absolutely nothing. This firm is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere ??????

  When I was in a terrible accident being hit by a shuttle bus I was recommended to see the wonderful people at Richard Harris Lawfirm. I’m glad I did. They are so kind, helpful and efficient. I felt like they actually cared that I was injured and how my life has been forever changed. I started with Charles ******* as my lawyer and he was great. Very good at his job. He kept me informed on what the next steps were and where we were in the process of the case. He was very efficient in gathering information and evidence to support my claims that were all very true. He also listened when I cried in pain and cried in hurt for my children whose lives were affected by the situation. He stepped in when my medical care wasn’t going the way it should and he got things done. Once my case went into litigation it was assigned to Johnathan *******. He is a true Godsend. The time, dedication, commitment and patience he put into to this case is nothing short of amazing. Truly grateful for every bit of time, work and energy Johnathan put into all of it. At times it was frustrating and exhausting but he never gave up to ensure I got what was deserved. All I ever wanted was to be heard and understood with the effects of accident on my body and my life. He heard me. He listened and understood my tears. When I was done with the process after almost 6 years and decided to settle so I can move on with my life he made sure to give me all of the possibilities and outcomes of whatever choice I made. Very upfront and honest. Very informative. I can’t say thank you enough for everything he has done. My appreciation is boundless. He deserves a raise!!!! The paralegal assigned to my case was Lucia *****. She’s incredible and efficient. Always available to answer my questions and allowed me to ask them all. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Lucia is so graciously communicative which is appreciated on so many levels. She always kind and pleasant. She definitely deserves a raise also lol.
