On Sunday, my father asked me to order him a Novawave Antenna. Before completing the purchase, I opened another tab on my web browser and searched for reviews. After showing my dad the reviews, he decided he no longer wanted the items. I opened the novawave tab again and was unable to find a shopping cart to delete the items from. Therefore, I simply closed the screen. However, I received two emails from ****** indicating that I made purchases from ********. I never received order confirmations from ********, nor is there any order number, tracking information, or contact information for ******** in order to contact them and cancel these orders. An email address I located via a ****** search (*********************) is an invalid email address. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in having my money refunded to my account. On 8/6/24 I ordered online the NovaWave Antenna for $59.94 including shipping. The item was paid in full and charged to my ****** account. The product does not work as advertised and therefore I called for a return label. The customer service woman stated, we do not use return labels, but to get a full refund, you must pay to return the item to our warehouse in *******, **. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. The item was shipped via **** on 9/13/24 and delivered to the *******, AZ P.O. Box on 9/16/24. I have not received the refund nor any communication from the merchant. I contacted ****** and filed a dispute for the refund with no positive results. As of today (10/9/24), ****** has closed my case in the seller's favor "as there was no documentation given to show the credit due".Initial Complaint

I received a small TV antenna booster, and was charged through ****** for it. Then, I think the next day I received 3 more of them, and was charged through ******. I never ordered any of them, and I don't even have a TV that works. I get everything over my pc. I tried to contact their web site, but it came up with a different name, and completely different products. I purchased 4 Nova antennas. They do not inform you that you have to purchase an adapter for them until you already put in your credit card, which they charge immediately and you are unable to cancel. When you call you are told that you can return them. When you call for return instructions, they do not answer. It is a constant busy signal. I need help returning them for a refund . I received a package today that contained 4 digital tv antennas that I do not remember buying. *** tried contacting the business but I get no response.
