This contains false advertisement for a service provided. As long as you're physically able to volunteer and help transport to fill out an application. However the admin/manager refuses to provide services if you do not agree to work on a volunteer basis. She then claimed the reason was because I was unfit, proceeded to ask how much I'd be willing to pay her for the services. Within the company requirements it states that, most often you do not have to compensate unless the volunteers needed help with expense of fuel. I explained to said admin that I wanted to make a donation for the transport regardless. Which is when she had asked me how much i was willing to pay. This occurred on 2/15/25

    Business Response

    The adopter

Was refusing to assist with their own transport.

    Refused to cooperate with us.

    Was arrogant.

Demanded we urgently transport a pet to her.

She said she has no vehicle.

    She is a single mother

has already dogs in her care

    Works 60+ hours a week

Because of these concerns, and her unwillingness to coopeate, we refused to assist her.

We are a volunteer relay transport group and she did not meet our qualifications.

I am rejecting this response because:
The issue i have with their response is i said i wouldn't be able yo drive other transport thay if meeting was needed i could do that and again that I wasn't looking for a hand out. Their issue is that I have other pets i work and I'm a single parent. The adoption company has already reviewed and approved me. I have 5 acres of space for the dogs and I have temporary enclosures until our fence goes up. Yes I work but I work from home. I declined transportation help because I do not have a vehicle able to transport, but two i have medical conditions that make it hard for me to that kind of thing non of which was asked or inquired about. They weren't helpful from the jump even with me asking questions to make sure I do everything correct. The decline would've been fine by me, however the second I told them I was willing to pay to have her transported it was instantly well how much, making their denial unpractical & unprofessional. In addition the fb group they had put a denial for things that didn't even apply to me ex: tying dog up renting (i own my property)  this is a transport service not a adoption clinic.
    Sincerely,

As previously explained to you, we are a volunteer relay transport group and we reserve the right to make our own choices.

you offered to pay. I responded with asking how much. We have several volunteers that would have been willing for gas.

However you were rude and said you would not Pay us anything and  also telling us would not need our help.

    This is over and done.

We are not going to use our volunteer time to further discuss.
