    My friend and I had a service booked for Saturday October 12th, 2024 at 12pm and at 1pm. No one showed up and the doors were locked. We called the med spa several times but there was no answer. We left a voicemail about the situation and left after waiting 45 minutes in the parking lot. On Monday the 14th, no one returned my phone call to discuss the situation. On Tuesday the 15th, I called the Med Spa 3 times when someone finally answered. The receptionist said the esthetician was hospitalized. When requesting a refund, she said she needed to talk to her manager and she would give me a call back within the hour or end of business day. She did not mention that she would be talking to the manager at the *****, ******* location. I waited hours before starting to call again at 4:42 PM and made 14 phone calls with no answer. The business hours state 10am-6pm so I did not call after hours. On Wednesday October 16th, 2024 I started to call again. I called 11 times with no answer. However, my friend ******** finally got a call from the manager in ***** and said she is refusing our refund request. She was completely unprofessional and kept indicating that we are heartless for not caring about others who are in the hospital. She said we signed the forms that state no refund was trying to blame me that I am not being reasonable. She also stated that if I had to reschedule because I got into an accident, they would accommodate me. But that scenario is irrelevant and not appropriate to make it so personal. She also kept insisting that the time difference is what made it difficult, even though I was calling the local Nevada number. And if the time difference is the issue, I could have heard from them before 10AM pacific time. At this point, I told her I do not feel comfortable having anyone from that med spa do any treatment on mine or ********** skin. But she said that a refund is not possible. I am furious as to how I am being treated.

    - December 4, 2023: purchased a one-year, unlimited laser hair removal package from LV Perfection Med Spa for up to three areas for $1,545 up front (equals to $128.75 per month)- June 25, 2024: LV Perfection Med Spa canceled my appointment because laser hair removal machine was broken - July 18, 2024: they called again to cancel my new appointment because the machine was still broken - July 22, 2024: informed the owner (***********************) via email that I was leaving out of town for a couple weeks & need to resolve this issue with a refund for the months canceled through the rest of my contract since they had no date of when the machine would be fixed ($643.75) - July 23, 2024: ****** informed me that she wouldn't reimburse me, because they don't do that per contract; at most she could extend the contract for months missed - July 24, 2024: I told ******************* email this would not work as I am moving to the East Coast end of year; and if she didn't reimburse me/let me out of the contract due to their violations of it, I'd report her business to the BBB - Aug 5, 2024: I called to check & the machine was still down; a new office manager (*****) told me she would work with ****** to get a resolution before I left out of town on 8/7; I never heard back - three months without treatment, has now caused my hair to significantly regrow and I'll have to restart this process over - Also, on June 12, 2024 - during my Brazilian bikini laser treatment - their front desk girl ******** walked in asking to take social media content for their page; me and the esthetician were shock, and I felt very violated as I was unclothed from the waste down, I told her no and to leave as this was a paid service not a social media influencer one. This is absolutely a patient violation.
