    If you want to deal with a business that is professional and gets the job done without headache then this isn't the company for you. After MONTHS of Desert Springs passing the blame on person after person our pool was finally complete. Well, we were only 3 months off of schedule though. Hey, its done, right and now we can enjoy it, right? Wrong, after having constant issue after issue with our Pentair system.... it still isn't fixed. One would think that they could call Pentair themselves but wrong... because we still have a warranty we need to go through Desert Springs. Well, good luck getting a hold of anyone. After 3 messages left with 3 different people and having to tell the front desk girl, or whoever decides to answer the phone that day, that we don't want to leave a message and need to wait on hold for someone, only given attitude time after time again.... and then having to leave another message. Its crazy.... how does this business stay in business. Take it from us..... use another company. Sales guys... great!!! EVERYONE ELSE..... horrible.
