    He hired ****** around the beginning of May, and he told us our day would be Friday, At first, things were great. He would show up on time and do an amazing job, but soon after, he would show up on Thursday and then we didn't know when he was showing up. By the middle of June, he would skip a week, apologize, and then come back. By July, we didn't know when he was coming, if at all. When ****** rolled around, he quit showing up all together, but had still billed us, and we had paid. Both my husband and I had reached out to ****** about his sudden quitting multiple times via text, calls, and emails and received no response. *************************** rolled around, we still received a bill for service. While we obviously didn't pay it, we reached out again asking for a refund for August for services non rendered and to please stop billing us and to return our gate key. Again, zero response. All together, both my husband and I must have reached out to ****** at least 15 times. As of Nov 24, I am still being billed for services from this horrible company, even though we have asked multiple times to stop, have never received our refund for August, and he still hasn't returned our gate key after multiple requests.

    I paid this business a monthly fee of $150 to have my pool cleaned weekly for May. He didn't show up last week of April to clean my pool or balance the chemicals and as a result my pool turned green. I kept texting and emailing and nothing then he finally responded saying he was sick. He didn't show up again the second week of May and that's when I told him I will no longer need his services and would like a refund. I've been emailing and texting him that I need my refund to buy chemicals for my pool but he hasn't responded. His name is Harold G*******.
