We had our pool cleaned by this service that was supposed to be weekly but during the short 60 day period of cleaning the service was rarely on time or delayed for days and they charged us for cleaning the pool when the pool was not cleaned. We also had them drain our pool, acid washed it and we purchased colored lights from them to be installed. During the process of draining the pool they left the drain pump on and the and 1 1/2 inch hose came apart where they coupled the hoses together. This created a flood on the side of the house that went 40ft long, 5 inches deep and up to 15ft wide which resulted in damage from water leaking for hours. I have asked the company for their insurance multiple times but they keep refusing to give it to me. On top of the flooding the pool was only partially acid washed, we still have original stains on the bottom of our pool that were not removed as promised. The company also stated that as part of their acid wash service that as part of their acid wash service they would clean out pool filters out but they refused to do that part of the job as well. This company also sold us lights with the promise of them working on bluetooth which after they were installed did not work on bluetooth. The lights that were installed constantly change color and there's no way to stop them from changing. The latest update regarding the light is that now the lights won't even come on. The final issue here is that matt ******** from sink or swim pool services was trying to bill a fraudulent $200.00 administration fee for us no longer using their service. We ended up contacting the nevada attorney general to report sink or swim pools. I guess they have already had a number of complaints and they are actively looking for matt.
