This is a pool cleaning company. I emailed the owner with my concern that the pool was not getting vacuumed on a regular basis. I sent him pictures of what the pool looked like two hours after his employee was supposed to have serviced it. Instead of addressing my issue, he wanted to make it about weekly emails. I tried to focus him back on the fact that the pool was dirty and that it could not be used, and he refused to address my concerns. The following day after the pool was supposed to be serviced I went to ******** Pool Supply to have the chemicals in the water checked. The chemicals were so out of balance the employee suggested I do a partial draining of the pool. I paid for a service that I did not get. I would like the money I paid him for the month of May refunded to me. My pool was not serviced properly. The amount I paid was $165. I will now have to pay much more than that to get my pool operational for the summer. However, I only wish to receive my money back. I paid for a service that was obviously not performed.

Thanks for taking the time to see me yesterday. I sent pictures of every weekly service from day one. I sent you pictures of proof that the weekly emails were opened by the customer yet they say nobody showed up. Sent you pics of the pool for the last several weeks. The pool cover was taken off the day of service. So once that happens the dust is suspended. Nobody can clean that. Its impossible. So it settles when the system is off. Wants a refund? Even though we have never skipped, Ill gladly give him a refund if this person takes down his lies off of the internet and agrees to never say anything ever again. How is it legal? How? I have proof they opened the weekly emails. Not to mention, nobody shows up for weeks and the pool is ******* clear blue? Thats not possible. If nobody showed up for week one, no call?  Week two, no call? Week three, no call? My name is all I have. Go online and read the 100s of reviews. It is sick what people can do on the internet to businesses. We are not a one stop shop. We come 52 times a year.
