    Beware of this Las Vegas Pool company! The owner is rude and arrogant w/ a short fuse. They came out to service my pool one time and billed me for a whole month. When I asked for their company name and rules for payment via email they proceeded to terminate the service. He also proceeded to call me via phone to call me a douche bag and claimed that I wasn't going to pay my bill. Very unprofessional and I now see the reason for all the bad reviews. The company also goes by calling themselves Pool Service and LV Pool and appear to have a few phone numbers. I understand its a customer service type of business and I know because I own a customer service business for over 20 years however is no reason to treat people like dirt. I am forced to give one star when this company deserves less.

    Had this company strip and repaint our pool deck. They filled our pool filters with the stripped paint, didn’t grind the deck to accept paint, didn’t add anti-slip sand to paint. Paint started leaking a week later, cannot walk on deck without almost falling. I have a service dog that loves the water, I’m so scared he is going to break a leg or hip because he slips and falls so much on this painted deck. Owner of company told us to put rugs down…then why did we pay you to paint the deck? Going to have to have it stripped and redone by a quality company now. More money out of our pockets!
