Just received a similar notice as described in all the following comments. I suspected something not right in the presentation . Funny thing is that I just recently filed a change to my house title deed at my local county office. After realizing it to be a scam to rob me of some cash i wondered how did they get my info. It seems to be all tied to the online form service i used to create the document. They apparently are selling or sharing the form info with these low lives. Another clue to the scam was the return address - California.

the information included in our letter is all from public record, this sis clearly ststed on the notice. we are not a scam; we offer a service for a service fee ( A comprehensive property profile approximately 40- pages) This consumers assumptions and accusations are not based on facts. The facts are very clearly stated and detailed on our solicitation letter., and all the info on the letter is readily available to anyone, its public information.

Can't believe i got scammed. Guys please dont fall victim. I purchased a new home and thought it was a bill from the actual county. I'm 26 years old and thought i was never gonna fall for something like this. I requested a refund but I'm pretty sure im not gonna get it back.

Sent me a piece of mail after having my mothers house transfered into my name. They disguised the letter to look exactly like a bill that requires payment by a certain date. I also made the payment because it looked related to my filing for homestead and the deed transfer. This is absolutely disgusting and is wrong. It is intentional disceptive to look like a bill requiting payment to trick people who do not read the whole thing. 10/10 on disgusting behavior of anyone. They should be in prison for life for being such a terrible human and using deception for monetary gain!

Property Site is a scam. Property Site sent me an envelope and document that intentionally appears as a bill from the government, with the intent for myself or others to interpret this as a bill due from the government related to the recent sale of my house. There is small print on the bottom that states "this is not a bill. This is a solicitation" so it may not be illegal but it is an extremely unethical way of doing business.

We are not a Scam (and such statements can be considered defamatory) Please review our notice to see that the font size uniform throughout the letter except the headings which are in bold larger font, so this Comsumers claim of " small print" is incorrect. The letter is VERY clear regarding our services and the fact that is not a bill and we are not a government agency.

Low class citizens that shouldn’t have a “job” tricking unknowing individuals. Thankfully I did not fall for their scam and it was only due to the fact that they misspelled my husbands last name 5 times. I called the number listed on the letter, the location said Norco, CA. The first call someone answered and hung up. I called again and spoke to a lady unprofessional and rude, and I told her my husbands last name was spelled incorrectly. She said that so long as it’s spelled correctly at the recorders office there shouldn’t be a problem. She gave me an example “if the outside of the envelope is incorrect, so long as the inside is right.” Um no, inside, outside, any side needs to be correct this isn’t a nail saloon appointment I’m setting, it’s a legal document. I contacted the recorders office in my county and they said it was a scam. This is basically a 3rd party charging me $109.00 for information that’s Public and if I need anything certified I can obtain it in person for less than $5. When in doubt typos, or unprofessional workers are a sign of a scam. I hope this review helps protect other people from giving any money to these deceitful groups.

Our service fee is for the compilation and research for an approximately 40-page property report for it is not a fee for information this is very clear on our notice. We are not a scam or a 3rd party we simply offer a service fee for a service, unfortunately we as company and also the public record information we receive is not infallible, The information on our solicitation letter is from "public record" we do not create this information, it is from public records, if the information is incorrect on our letter then public record can often be incorrect and the point of our service fee for the property reports is to afford the homeowner the opportunity to review all the public record for their property to assure they are all correct.
