    I hired this company to replace my ductwork two years ago. They charged $24K for my 2800 sq ft house. A few months ago, I bought a new AC unit from a different company. They took photos of my "new" ductwork, showing what an inferior job Best did. I contacted Best and sent the photos. They took no responsibility for anything, and blamed Covid "supply chain issues" and "the other guys did it." I had to have everything they did torn out and replaced/redone. I left a lengthy review on Google, dated 12/7/2024. You can view photos of their work in my review. If you're a senior, especially if you're female, get other bids before hiring this company. They know we won't be climbing into our attics to inspect their work.

    Called in because my AC died, and received same day service. The tech came out and assessed the problem. They gave me several options and got my system up and running same day! Great pricing and great service! ??????????

    I initially had a few hiccups with best air conditioning and plumbing regarding some miscommunication. Jeremy, my technician, has tried his best and has succeeded thus far and smoothing this over and making things right. I really appreciate Jeremy and his knowledge, understanding of my air conditioning problem, and the ability to make things right with the miscommunication. Although I hope I don't have air conditioning or heating or plumbing problems in the future, I would definitely work with best air conditioning and heating and plumbing again, and request Jeremy as my troubleshooter.

    Hello. I am still waiting for a supervisor to give me a call regarding some miscommunication upon purchasing my new HVAC from your company. I am pleased with the service and the HVAC, however I wanted to express to you that I was told something different than what actually is. Since I don't make decisions without my husband, even though he was at work, I had him on the phone telling him what Jeremy (the technician who came out to diagnose the problem and sell me a solution) was telling me. At that point, if I was mistaken, Jeremy should have corrected me so as not to give my husband misinformation. I'm not looking for any thing major, I would just like to express my words to a supervisor and get clarification from someone in the know. Thank you P.S. An appointment was scheduled on July 12 for an inspector to come out between 2 and 4 p.m. - this never happened and no one called me to inform me of this not happening. Realize I'm spending major bucks, so I do want to feel like BEST is a reputable company - and not just one who says what the customer wants to hear and does something different after all contracts are signed. Again, I hope to have a call form someone in your company who is "in the know!"

    Best has earned my complete confidence in product installation and service. They hire good service people like Richie, who just left my property after completing my two jobs. Richie is a kind man, who took time to find a way for me to complete this work today, and feel good about it. I have recommended Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair, and will some more!

    This company helped me out in such a tough spot. I moved out to Las Vegas recently and right after moving in my heater died on me. They came out quickly and gave me a large assortment of quotes and worked with me on the price. They also helped me step by step going through all the details from financing to install and inspections. They kept me informed the entire time. This company is so helpful if I could give them 10 stars I would.

    I called BEST because I had issues with my AC over and over again the past 3 years. I had a home warranty continuously dodge necessary repairs to keep it going. Luckily I found Best and they were able to get someone out asap. The technician quickly got to work when he arrived and diagnosed the issue. We instead of moving forward with repairs decided to move forward with a complete replacement. They got someone out within a couple hours and replaced it, I had AC quickly and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
