    I submitted an email to corporate one week ago and still have not received a response so here I am. This is our 2nd time reserving bottle service with the company and also the 2nd time we have been disappointed with management at this location. I have already written a review on the first incident. I thought maybe the 1st incident was just a one-time thing so we invited 2 out of town guests. Big mistake! Our guests were livid and extremely disappointed to find that we were not valued. So now I’m reaching out due to our experience for new years. We arrived around 8:30pm and were seated in the outskirts of the bar. When I signed the contract, a stage table was specified not one in the back. I was not given an option to choose a specific stage table. I expressed my concern with Jose ********* and he kept apologizing but made no accommodations whatsoever. I would have preferred to have had my concern alleviated by moving my party to a middle table. Mind you, there were several empty 4-top tables available in the middle upon arrival. Throughout the night, a few middle tables were still empty. Unacceptable! Also, no plates or utensils were given for the hors d’oeuvres served. We were eating off napkins. That is not a good look. Being that we are locals and spend good money at this establishment, I expect better service than what we have experienced. Jose ********* needs training on how to service customers without just apologizing. When customers don’t feel valued, the business should take action. I expect a response and action to be taken against Jose.
