    On Oct. 12th, 2023, I placed an order over the phone with someone from Lucki Thai Bistro who took my order and the total came out to $226.99. After 5 minutes, I called back to cancel my order (changed my mind cause I was ordering for a family member who didn't like Thai food and didn't know this until after I placed the order). I spoke to the same individual (don't know his name but it was a gentleman) who said that I can either go into the establishment and give my card so they can refund my money right away or it'll automatically happen 3-4 business days. Since I was pressed for time that day, I said I'll just wait 3-4 business days. It is now Dec 7th, 2023 and I still haven't received my refund of $226.99 (and of course didn't receive any food to warrant this establishment to still be holding my money ******). I've been trying to work with an employee by the name of **** (employee at Lucki Thai Bistro) and he's been trying to assist but he doesn't have the ultimate authorization to make this refund happen. I'm so frustrated cause this business is holding my money '******' and didn't provide any service to warrant them still keeping my $226.99. Please help to have my money refunded back to me. I don't know what else to do and I don't want to go through small claims court cause it's going to cost more money and my time (that I don't have) to keep battling this issue.     Hi! The business responded back but I told them I reached out to my credit card company as they refunded me my money and that Lucky Thai Bistro will now have to deal with my credit card company to return the refund. So Im good although I would like to still put it out there that it took this business 2 months to refund me even though my credit card company technically refunded me and not Lucky Thai Bistro. Thank you.
