Placed a large order Order number ***** The birthday bear was going to take longer to arrive so I went ahead and paid ***** for 3-4 day delivery. That was a week ago, I called 1800 balloons to inquire ***** told me I had to check shipping myself it was out of their hands. I asked about a refund and got hung up on. I had to call a total number of 15 times and finally got some ladys voicemail her name was ******* I left a message and am continued to be ignored.Business Response

Two orders were placed, as shown in the pictures that ******* provided, one was for a balloon bouquet that will be delivered today, if it has not been already. The other order was for a shipped gift that she paid Priority Shipping on and it gets mailed through the USPS. The order was placed after 11am on Thursday, 04/17 and it was shipped the next day since it was after our cutoff for shipping on same day orders. I included the shipping log for this order and it did get shipped on Friday, 04/18. The status today still shows "arriving late" as of the 21st. Once we ship it, it is out of our control as we have sent it priority as promised and paid for. Yesterday ******* continued to call repeatedly and get our voicemail system as we do have many customers we deal with daily. She did leave me a voicemail and I did email her regarding a refund of the priority shipping she paid for and gave her the difference of what regular shipping would have been. I did notify her of this via email. As far as ***** hanging up, I do apologize and ***** did state that it was accidental and she did answer another call from ******* after this happened. So the item is not lost but still in transit and we did out part, we sent it priority mail, it is taking longer than normal with ************************* and I cannot control that. It was in *********, ** last night and no update today, it should be delivered any day. If you would like a full refund, you can refuse the order and it will get sent back to us, once we receive the item, we will fully refund you. Otherwise, you have to be patient as it is out of our control what the **** has had come up that is making it late. We did refund you the price difference you paid for Priority shipping since that was not met. I do apologize that it is running late. I did submit proof that we shipped it and it is making its way to its destination.

I placed an order online 11/15 with 1800 Balloons to have 6 mylar balloons delivered today (11/19) for *****.I tried multiple times leading up to 11/19 to contact the business with questions regarding delivery, but no one answered. On 11/19 I called MULTIPLE TIMES to inform the business the order I previously placed had not been delivered and to receive a refund. No one answers their telephone. Hello, we did receive your message and are working on contacting our affiliate to get confirmation of who accepted this order or if it was left with someone else or somewhere. It was for delivery yesterday and you did call after hours as well. We cannot refund you until we find out what happened and if it in fact was not delivered. If we find it was not delivered then we will be refunding you the full amount. It is too early to fully resolve this, we will be able to get this resolved by end of the day today.

Very disappointed ordered 30 balloons for my Sons 30th. They never came, My son was home all day. No customer service on the weekend. I did receive a call on Monday. They were very sorry, the issue was with their subcontractor I was told.Business Response

There was an issue that was brought to our attention on Monday, the order for Peyton was not delivered on Saturday and we did immediately send this to our accounting department for a full refund Monday morning. We were not aware of the issue with this order as we were closed Sunday and when we closed Saturday we were not aware of any issues. 1800ballons.com -ORDER ****** Delivery request date: 10/6/23 My Balloon Order was "BIRTHDAY SMILES"- As advertised, the order would include 6 smiley face mylar balloons and 6 Latex balloons. Total 12 Balloons.Issues with Order:The balloons were delivered in Sat. 10/7., Not 10/6 as requested. There was no prior notification to me about lateness of delivery. I had to call several times to customer service before anyone got back to me to find out the status of delivery.I noticed; from a picture I received from the receipient that the ballloons were not what I ordered. What was delivered was: 3 different Happy Birthday Mylar Balloons and 3 Laytex Balloons (1 pink, 1 red & 1 Blue). As far as delivery the next day, we made sure to get the bouquet delivered as soon as we were aware it had not in fact been delivered on Friday as it should have been. We spoke to our customer to confirm it would be okay to deliver on Saturday and were told it would be. So we proceeded with the delivery. We were made aware of the incorrect bouquet when our customer let us know and we immediately contacted our affiliate to see why the bouquet was not complete and why they only sent half of what had been ordered. I then let our customer know that we would be refunding 50% of her order, which her response was "Thank you", we have refunded the 50% of the order cost. The refund does take 3-5 business days to see and it was a holiday yesterday for banks so she will likely see the refund by the end of the week at latest.Customer Answer

March 11, 2023 a bouquet of balloons was to be delivered to a teen who just signed with a college for her sport. Company never delivered balloons- company is trying to say they were left on their porch at 11am- when the recipients ring does not show such delivery and mind you it was stormy weather that day- recipients weee also home at this time. I want a credit and will never use this company- they didnt even offer to resend bouquet.Business Response

We have been in constant contact with you regarding this order and you have stated you are going to dispute the charges with your bank. Once you start that action then we need to let it go through that process, we are unable to refund you as you will be credited through your financial institute. As far as this order being delivered, I am still going back and forth with our affiliate, they do state it was left on the porch and I have passed along the information that the Ring Camera did not get any video of a delivery. Unfortunately you took this up with the bank and BBB before I could get this resolved with our affiliate and you. You just notified us today that there was a video to show that a delivery hadn't been made, now that we have that information I am going to be removing this affiliate from our list of trusted affiliates as they are not being honest it seems. I ordered balloons from 1-800-baloons for my daugther's birthday on 1/30/2023 for *****. She never received the balloons. I was sent an email on 1/31/2023 saying they were delivered with the date of 2/223 on it (that is the date I wanted them delivered). The email was fishy, since it was sent on the 31st for a future delivery date, and not on the ACTUAL delivery date. I called them twice and left a voicemail message. No one ever got back to me. I used their website email they listed for customer service 2 times . Both times the email was bounced back to me saying the email was not valid. I had no other way to contact them.Business Response

Hello,
We did receive a call from the customer on Thursday (02/02) to see if it was going to be delivered as they had received a COD from Tuesday (01/31). We were waiting to get a confirmation from our affiliate that it would be delivered on the correct date of 02/02. As far as emails, I am not sure why those bounced back as we get multiple emails daily and respond within an hour during business hours. I have gone ahead and sent this to our accounting department for a full refund on this order.

I ordered balloons and a ***** bear to be delivered to the hospital and the child never received it. I contacted the company several times. The first time they said the patient signed for it. The patient is 3yrs old. The second time I contacted I was told that it was delivered to the nurses station and the delivery person saw it being delivered to the room. However they stated it was floor 8 and the child was on the 7th floor. When I asked for information on the delivery person, they said they couldnt do that. I spent $66 for this item and it was never received. I have tried to have them return the money but they seem to always have an excuse. This company should not be allowed to be in service.Business Response

We were notified that the affiliate did make the delivery and that they watched it be taken into the patients room, no one is allowed in the room for deliveries besides hospital personnel. We do not get patient signatures so that was misunderstood, not sure why someone would have stated that besides reading the confirmation of delivery stating given to ************* The order has been sent to our accounting department and will be fully refunded since it was not received. We were contacted about this issue on Saturday 11/19 which is 11 days after the delivery was made. We did state that ****** would be called back Monday, November 21st and before I could call to resolve this we already had this complaint. Manager is not in on the weekends so it was going to be handled today since we just found out there was any type of issue on Saturday, November 19th. We always try to resolve issues before anything is escalated but were not given the time.
