    Date of the transaction: 01.18.2024 The amount of money I paid the business: $370.04 (bought two items and only one item is defective which is $274.96. $274.96 needs to be refunded) What the business committed to provide you: only 10% of $274.96 refund, which I am not satisfied. I do not want to keep this product at all because it is defective (even if it is slightly defective, I, as a customer have the right to have a non defective item). 10% of is only the same amount of tax which is very small amount. The fact that they suggested this amount means they are not respectful to customers and not sincere. Order number: *******

    The order was placed on 2/24/23 for a pair of **************** 6 Cool Gray order # F-******. I never received the package. Feature filed a claim with *** for a lost package. *** has denied the claim multiple times because in their system it shows they never received it. Feature customer service says I can't receive a refund because the *** claim was denied. I asked if I could just be shipped another pair and they said no. This back and forth has gone on for almost a year now with no resolution in sight. I've contacted *** myself and was told I couldn't do anything about the claim because I am not the shipper. I just simply want a refund.

    I had ordered some items from the company for a Christmas gift. The order date was 12/16/2023. The order number is SO978592. The order consisted of the following items: Essential Tee $45.00 Qty 1, Essentials Sweatpants $95.00 Qty 1, Essentials Hoodie $100.00 Qty 1. The order says it was shipped on 12/20/2023. I received the Tee shirt and the sweatpants but not to hoodie. I have reached out to the company several times to no avail. I want the rest of my order which I have paid for .

    This company is fraudulent! I spent over $243 on items a month ago and never received them. I have proof from *** that the items were returned to the shipper warehouse in ********* over 3 weeks ago. This companys customer service team is non-responsive and has refused to help me with this issue. I am currently fighting the charges with my bank to recoup my money. Upon further research I have learned that this company is infamous for taking customers monies and not sending merchandise. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

    Ordered two essential pieces on 12/20/23. I paid extra for one day expedited shipping. Here it is 12 days later and still no shipment. I have emailed several times with support and all you get are very generic responses such as due to heavy order volume they are delayed. And due to their store policy orders cannot be cancelled. But yet over the past 12 days I have received no less than 2 promotional emails from them EVERY day wanting people to buy from their site. Why?! I want my order cancelled. If not I will dispute it with the bank.

    I ordered two items from this site. Within an hour I tried to cancel one of the items because it was the wrong size. I was sent an email saying they could not cancel because the order was processed. This is complete BS because nothing changed and the item hasnt even shipped a week later. I then asked for a return and they said no because it was final sale. But the whole site was having the same sale which means that they were not accepting returns on any items. Its a very shady and strange way to hide not accepting returns. Also they do not use ***** or *** and charge you for that service. This is illegal and fraud. My advice is avoid this place.

    I ordered an item from this store on the 15th of December (today is the 29th). The item is taking forever to ship. I needed an address change and also wanted an update to my order, so I contacted customer support. They disregarded my address change and just said this order can not be cancelled as it is final sale. You are NOT the only customer. I had to issue a chargeback claim with my banking institution as they are refusing to give me money back, not letting me return the item if they even ship it, and are not changing the address as I have requested multiple times. This store is frustrating to deal with and will not cooperate with my basic needs.

    Ordered a Christmas present on 12/8/23. Shipping was $18 and said 5-7 business days. It has now been 8 business days and Ive never received tracking details. When I check the order status it says it will email when shipped. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no answer. This company is fraudulently charging inflated shipping fees and not following through on shipping the items. Not to mention they are non-responsive to settle the issue.

    This company is an absolute scam. **************** is horrible and lacking. Beyond unprofessional. I placed an order back on November 27, 2023. They still have not sent me my item. Then when I reached out to cancel my order, they throw all of these policies and rules that I am not allowed to return the item, will not get refunded, etc. The policy clearly states that all orders will be shipping out within **** business days. Today marks the 10th business day and they still have not shipped my item. Regardless, I want my order canceled and I want a full refund. This company is disgusting and needs to be shut down!

    A Forced, Unwanted Purchase I entered a raffle for the bone and orange dunks back in August along with the green n white ones. I got confirmation that I won the green and white ones but no confirmation on the orange and bone so I figured I didn't win. Fast forward to September, I'm on vacation and I get an email notification that a package is on its way and it was Express Shipping... I look and see that it's from Feature, I check my bank account and I wa charged for this sneaker that I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT WINNING A MONTH AFTER THEY DROPPED. Like how do you just charge someone for a drop a month after. It's obvious that someone didn't want that shoe so it was now passed along to me WITH NO NOTIFICATION OR EMAIL ASKING IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED IN THEM. I emailed FEATURE explaining this and asking if I could send them back for a refund or credit and they refused. There is nowhere in there terms and conditions that states that you can possibly receive an item without notification of you winning the raffle a month later after the sneaker is SOLD OUT. Til this day those unwanted sneakers are sitting at my front door in it's original box untouched and unwanted. It's so unfair and unprofessional of them to do this to anyone.
