    I have requested several times that my house be removed from their website permanently. After several requests my information is still public and live on their site.

    per your terms and conditions, the removal is only temporary and upon next scrap of data, my address will show up again   This has already happened before.

    I am requesting it to be permanently removed.   The way this was stated was the form request was complete    That doesnt remove permanently.   Why even have that form?

    Address on ******* bing etc. right on front pages for anyone to see. ***;t even have to go on the website or pay to observe. Now my family has been in ***** way. Do you sleep at night knowing you could be harming people????

    Lately I have been receiving letters addressed to names I do not recognize coming to my house. I did some research and saw this site as the only place where the names are loated. The site describes my property as owned by them which is absurd. I did some digging in with my county clerk and found that they might be tied to title fraud! Terrible business practice and/or zero due diligence on their part. Where do they even get their data? Tried contacting them and received no response. Shame on this company.

    I want my address, home, personal and banking information off this website.They are putting the information for free and charging for personal banking transition for a fee. They are charging people $ **** to get my banking info off the web for homes that includes bank names and transactions for $**** . I want my house and address and personal info completely off the their search engine search. I had requested my personal and property information to be removed. They have only removed my name but will sell it for $**** with other information. but others who pay can get undisclosed banking info on the web. This is not just public information this is access to banking info that not public information and only available to realtors, insurance companies and banks not to someone who wont to be nosey to see how much I owe in a home.They continue to post my property on the browser and banking information for a fee so others can obtain. They are profiting off of so called Public Information I want my address and any information immediately removed from this website.

    PropertyIQ is making property address and owner information available on their website. I followed their instructions to opt out of their service and was told that my information was removed on July 13, 2023. After noticing my private information was still visible on search engines such as Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, I reached out to them again. On July 24, they told me that they will submit a request to these search engines to remove my information from being indexed on these sites and it will take ***** hours. After multiple emails to them, they have once again sent me a canned, erroneous email to clear my browser's cache just as they did weeks ago. I did that but my information is still available. I'm tired of their games.I want all names as well as property information, including full address to be removed and deleted from their website. Here is the **** *********************************************************************************** I don't want to hear excuses about public information, Trulia, or Zillow. I need my information deleted and the search engines notified of the deletion.I am attaching an image of a search result in Word format from today.

Since my original request in July and your BBB response to my complaint on August 22, it has been well over 72 hours. And I have cleared my browser cache.     I am rejecting this response because: companies like Property IQ need to understand that not everyone likes to have an internet presence. We do not want people to search our name and find our home address, which is what Property IQ has enabled people to do. How would the owner of Property IQ feel if someone was able to find out where they live just by searching their name on Bing? From the date of my complaint to today, **** has re-indexed its search 3 times and my property is still displayed as the very first result from a simple search! So there is obviously something that Property IQ has not completed on their end to completely remove my information. I am attaching a screenshot of the latest search results. Because Property IQ has not been able to prove that they have fully removed my name, I would like the homepage of my property DELETED from their website.     On Sunday, July 9 I found that my homes information was publicly posted on their website. I opted out and received a notification that it would take 48 hours. Tuesday evening I reached out to them, Wednesday evening I reached out to them and again this evening I reached out to them all three evenings. I have received emails telling me that my homes information was removed from their website. The emails also instructed me that they are reaching out to ****** and Bing to have my home is it information removed. The emails have also instructed me to make sure that I am clearing my viewing history. I have checked their website using four different browsers, and my private information is still reflecting on the PropertyIQ website, even though their email responses have repeatedly stating otherwise. While filling out this complaint, I have now received an email telling me that they will not be removing my homes information from their website. Can you please help me resolve this issue? How can it be an option to have my personal home and property information to be opted out on their website and to have several email responses telling me that my information was removed too. Now Im being emailed that it will not be removed.

    I am rejecting this response because this is not information that I have granted permission for them to use. It is a violation of my privacy rights. Anyone who knows where I live can gain access to this information. Hence why I am asking all of it to be removed. Based on previous complaints it seems I am not the only one. Please remove any and all information concerning my home and land information from your website. Also, if you review the website, it states to have your information opt out to click here which is been done multiple times. If you review the previous shared screenshots, you will see their emails state that my information has been removed. When I responded to their emails each time sharing screenshots my information was still showing on their website I received the same email that my information had been removed. The day I reached out to you the Better Business Bureau for help is the day that I received an email stating that only my name was removed. I want all information pertaining to this property removed.

    "PropertyIQ" has my personal information listed on their website WITHOUT my permission. I have requested multiple times for them to remove and have followed their instructions to opt out. However, my information continues to appear while they continue to tell me they have "successfully removed." PropertyIQ needs to immediately remove as this continues to be a security issue for me and my family. A simple ****** search of my name will list my address and other sensitive information which again, I have requested multiple times for Property IQ to remove.     I am rejecting this response because it is incorrect and appears to be a auto-template type of reply.  PropertyIQ is attempting to dismiss without resoving by taking appropriate action.  A simple ****** search with my name and city will clearly illustrate this fact. Please see attached as I just ******d my name and city and sensitive information continues to appear.  This after deleting all caches, cookies, etc.  PropertyIQ likes to use the excuse that it must be due to browser issues, cookies, etc.  This is simply not the case.   I have tried multiple times to both opt out as well as inform PropertyIQ to remove all of my information.  They continue ignore and not take the appropriate actions to resolve.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1)  I did submit the document clearly illustrating the ****** search results illustrating my personal information with a simple name and city search.  I did this via the BBB website.  I'm unclear as to why ***** / PropertyIQ is stating that it was not received.  I am submitting again with this communication.

    2)  It appears that ***** / PropertyIQ is attempting to state that a simple call to PropertyIQ's correct "opt-out" person can or will take corrective action.  This is simply not the case.  I've called multiple times and a human never answers the phone.  PropertyIQ has an outgoing voicemail message to leave name, number, etc.  I have left a message.  The unresolved problem still exists.

    3)  It appears that PropertyIQ is stating that they cannot prevent ****** searches from connecting my personal information and linking it to their website.  This wrong-headed approach is totally unacceptable.  This is reminiscent of an arsonist who sets a property on fire and then tries to state that they cannot help or prevent it if the neighbors or fire department don't put out the fire in time.  If PropertyIQ creates the links, algorithms, etc. then they own the problem, plain and simple.
