Please do not buy from this company. If i could give zero stars, I would. I was in Las Vegas and during a weak moment, allowed myself to be dragged into the store by their pushy salespeople. Long story short, they sold me products that do not work. I might as well take Elmer's glue and put it on my face. It crumbles and dries up, nothing changes. The biggest mystery is what they actually used to demonstrate as that product actually did work! When I contacted them to complain (past the 30 day return policy, unfortunately) they tried to tell me that I was using the product incorrectly. This is just bogus and condescending, to be frank ( I can read directions) and I grew tired of the back and forth texting, so decided to just forget about it and cut my losses. Be warned and do not buy from this company!AGORA Cosmetics

I was in Las Vegas for my sister in law’s 50th birthday and as I was walking by the store with my family two saleswoman dragged me in. I was in a hurry and told them that but before I knew it I had cream under my right eye. She told me that that would last for 30 days.. I started to get up and she snatched me and told me to sit back down and wait for it to dry. I laughed and got up and left anyway. My eye was itchy and when I woke up the next morning only my right eye was nasty! It was goopy and I was unable to open it… there is a sore reddish purple spot where the cream was rubbed. It’s finally healing but whatever was in it made me sick. Just bewareAGORA Cosmetics

My experience at the Venetian was horrible as most people have stated. My husband passed away recently and I was very vulnerable. I bought products and the red light wand for a ridiculous amount. In the store I told the salesman it was a scam. I was doing retail therapy and was a easy target. These people are scam artists. The eye cream is like glue and the wand probably doesn't work either. As I walked away, I felt scammed and taking advantage of. Why doesn't the company offer refunds if their products are so good. Don't be fooled just because they are inside the Venetian. Also, beware if a sales person keeps going and going. Quality products speak for themselves and you don't have to beg for a purchase.AGORA Cosmetics

1 starDo not buy these products. I always pass these “hand out” places, but at The Venetian In Las Vegas I was in the store before I figured it out. Great training, I’ll give them that. Bought nothing after listening to their car salesman tactics taking up what little time I had to shop. I don’t know what the ingredients are. An hour after leaving I look in the mirror and it looks like I have a thin layer of superglue under my eyes that I had to work at to get off. I also went to the Agora Cosmetics in Las Vegas, and whilst the saleswoman was forthright, she was only doing her job and was lovely actually! I purchased some products and the wand and after 4 weeks of using the wand I am really happy with the results - the before and after photos are great! The eye serum is really nice and the skin around my eyes looks so much brighter and firmer. Great job and will continue to use - beats botox and fillers! I would have sent the photos to the sales woman but have mislaid her email address!AGORA Cosmetics

Business is a total phony. Why would They exaggerate their online website product prices but then haggle down their sell price for you when your in their store if you attempting to walk away from their store ? They’re products also dont seem high quality like they claim them to be. I wouldn’t purchase againAGORA Cosmetics

1 starI agree with everything everyone else has stated. They tag team you as you go by make you feel like you have major face issues and scam you! I came to LV to have a nice time i am in kidney failure and feel pretty bad about myself as it is so when she told me i needed help I believed her. I also was given a fake number so i can send pics SURE! and I know I have been ripped off. I actually cry over this! The money I spent and the promised cream for two years. She gave us enough for maybe 3 months. I am really disappointed in all of their tactics. I hope no one else believes their hurtful lies.Review fromJulieann F

1 starDo not be lured into Agora Cosmetics at ************. Their sales tactics are unbelievably convincing, the product in a syringe almost instantly erased lines around my eyes (which the lines returned later.) I have been considering plastic surgery so this got my immediate attention. Was told with the use of the red light wand and their skin cream products, great results would happen with consistent use. In the store, the salesman kept commenting how great the wand and creams were working. The saleman even said there was a 30-day money back guarantee if not satisfied. That was very misleading. He did not point to the receipt after I made the purchase, which I had no reason to look at right away. It says at the bottom in small print, "return or exchange sealed and unused for a refund within 30 days." The only full refund is for unused product. There's no point in buying the product in the first place if you never try it, so the 30-day money back guarantee he told us about is fraudulent. The salesman also said he wanted to hear back from me how it was working. I couldn't reach him, so I read the booklet with the light treatment wand. It said that if you have skin cancer do not use the wand. I regularly see a dermatologist for skin cancer. Agora has no business selling a product that their sales people are unqualified to administer to the public. I faithfully used the product, the light wand for three weeks before finding out I shouldn't use it and the creams for almost a month. After not seeing even the slightest results on my face or neck, two days before the 30-day period, I contacted the company for my "30 day money back guarantee", only to find out they keep 20% of the total purchase which amounted to just under $500 because I had opened some of the products. I was told during the very exciting sales pitch to please go give a positive review right away. 2 starsI was at ************ in 2020. Same as everyone else. Railroaded with hard tactics. But I dont take abuse. I turned it on them. They kept pulling up their prices on their website. I assure them that was a scam. I told them what I think their product is worth. I did like the creams so I paid $300 for 6 jars (3 day 3 night). $50 a jar is fair. I Regret buying the syringe. That is a scam. I also bought that light they say is $4000 (the lower one thats grey) I told them its worth $400. They sold it to me for $400. When I went back for more at the price I agreed to, they were throwing stuff at me. Its like they dont value their own product. I am about to finally run out so I looked up the company again. It was good stuff but not worth the chase
