I know this product is a scam and I was pressed into buying it. I felt uncomfortable and wanted out of the situation so I just paid for it. Now I want to return it and I cannot get a hold of anyone.Initial Complaint

I rejected a ***** package shipped from Forever Flawless at *********************************************************************************** to my home address because the order had been cancelled before it shipped. ***** returned it to them. The product was billed by a company called ****************** at **************************************************************************************** (complaint ********). The name I was given for customer service is RFALV Services also at *****************************************************************************************. Right now Forever Flawless has their product back and Im stuck with over $3,500 in charges on my credit card. *** spent hours trying to resolve this with no luck.Initial Complaint

I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. I had another charge in my account UNAUTHORIZED, thats two dance December when I cancelled. I believe she has an issue with ANOTHER brand that she mixes with ours. Hi,
I have checked and we do not have any orders placed by that person or to that address. In other words we never received any payment. We sell only luxury skincare and there are other companies that have FLAWLESS in their name selling other products or the customer may be confused. IF we did didnt ship an order of course we will correct it but we just dont have an order made by her. She can contact our customer service at *************************************************** with an order number and we will assist as needed.

The product received was not the same product demonstrated/tested in store. It was sold as a scrub and it was a blob of inelastic product. Not pliable, they will not exchange or refund within 14 days, whereas I will no longer be in ********. This is a fish and hook scheme. Absolutely unethical business practice.Business Response

I am not sure what is the complaint about but it seems to be involved with a practice at a store. We do NOT have any retail activity and we *** not engage in retail except online on foreverflawless.com. I believe that store has a name and it is privately owned so the customer can contact directly or file a claim on the store name but I am not able to assist as we are not part of this transaction. I am willing to ship a product as a token of good will but need to know what, where, and who.

On January 19, 2023, I stopped at the ********* Plaza in ************* to kill time before picking a cousin up at ***** Express. I was walking through the mall looking for the restrooms, when I was approached by a woman standing at the doorway of Forever Flawless Store. She handed me a sample of lotion, and before I knew it I was coaxed into the store by her aggressive sales tactic. I am not a rude person and found it extremely difficult to say no. She started talking about the eye serum that would help the bags under my eyes. I was horrified and so vulnerable. My 50th birthday is on the 26th this month and I felt terrible about my appearance now. She started talking very fast over the loud music of the store in a very thick accent. So while slapping eye serum under my eye and having me hold a fan, she couldn't stop telling me how much Better I looked. To be honest at the time I could in fact tell the difference and now found myself almost begging her to do the other side. There was no way I could go out with only one side now frozen in place. In a whirlwind of a sales pitch, she acted like I alone would get this special pricing. I explained I couldn't afford it but found myself handing her cards to run through. So I agreed on ****** from each card which she brought to the desk which apparently is where the NO Refund sign is. I was still sitting in the chair with a fan. One card was charged for ****** and the other ******. Feeling so incredibly taken advantage of I went to pick up my cousin from the Express and wanted to return items that night. I reached into the bag and found No Receipt. I didn't realize I was overcharged until one was a zero balance notification. I expressed multiple times my lack of funds and clearly they don't care, they kept pushing and asking me about my finances and credit card ability. The day I was there for a refund a woman in line before me was trying to get a refund for the over ******** dollars that they charged her.Business Response

Please note: Forever Flawless LLC, is the manufacturer of the Forever Flawless line and the brand owner. Forever Flawless LLC, is based in *********, ** and does NOT own or operate retail locations. All retail locations worldwide, though may be called Forever Flawless as they carry this brand, are private, independent, and run by completely separate 3rd party business entities. Some locations may use the name Forever Flawless for their signage and marketing purposes, yet they are separate and independent businesses and for the most part carry multiple beauty brands above and beyond Forever Flawless.
Forever Flawless LLC, is not affiliated with the retail store in MA (referenced in the complaint) in any way, shape, or form. That retailer is a private, 3rd party business, that chooses to sell the Forever Flawless Line among other lines and they are supplied with the Forever Flawless brand via a network of distributors across the country. Each retailer is a private, separate business with its own policies regarding pricing, returns,exchanges etc.
So, please understand that this complaint was directed to the manufacturer of the brand and should have been directed specifically to the store in MA. We at corporate have no way to verify the information received in the complaint and we cannot represent or speak on behalf of the retailer.
In this case and especially with a request for a refund (that must come from the retailer that actually sold the products) I recommend to try to resolve the case with the store directly and if that doesnt work to get the mall management involved.

These predators are scam sellers that leave you feeling robbed. Disgusting acting rudely aggressive people working at the ********* ** location. They prey upon insecurities that everyone has and try to exploit you with their aggressive sales tactics. Dont stop and get involved with them. They are rude and should be spoken to by mall personnel about their methods. Prices are unrealistically high. Do not provide your credit card. Do not trust them! Avoid at all costs!Business Response

I read the complaint and honestly it is a rant without any content. I will just say that the store referred to in MA is a 3rd party independent store that sells many beauty brands and Forever Flawless has ended any association with it months ago. I suggest the customer to contact the mall management. We cannot answer on behalf of the store and it of course doesnt represent us and this incident has nothing to do with **. It looks like a faulty business practice of a private store in MA that should be resolved between the parties involved and maybe with that mall.

You can address this business directly-or not. The print on the product box states your name and address. It appears that you are responsible by association.
