I was at a HIMSS convention in *********, walking around the different expo booths, a gentleman asked me questions, had me walk to his booth, which was a little out of the way. He had me sit down, which I IMMEDIATELY became unforfortable. He was telling me I looked so tired and my eyes were puffy and he proceeded to put this product on my face. I told him I was not interested and wanted to leave. At that point, I felt VERY THREATENED. He pulled up a chair in front of me, closed my legs and put his legs on the outside of mine as to keep me there. HE kept pulling all of this profuct out from a little cabinet and telling me to buy it, I kept telling him no thank you I wasnt interested, then he threw another item in for "a bonus" I still told him I wasnt interested, he then started leaning in on me and my heart was racing and I felt like the ONLY way to get out of there was to pay him for this horrible product and leave. I told him I must receive an email receipt, he said no problem that it was "satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked, I could return it the next day if I was not satisfied. I was so terrified, I paid and left. I never got an email receipt, only a text receipt via Clover on my phone. I went back the next day and they were gone from their booth, they had cleared everything up and left. I NEVER used this HORRIBLE product and NEVER WILL, I dont want any of it, and I Want my money back! HE ALSO told me he was charging me $300. When I got the receipt on my phone it showed $541.00 This whole experience was EXTREMELY tramatic and something needs to be done!Initial Complaint

I attended the ***** janitorial convention at ************ Casino in ********* 11/15/23. I visited the booth that was demonstrating skin care products and devices and agreed to a try the product. After convincing conversation from the demonstrator, stating that she was giving me a really good deal with a life time warranty on the red laser device but for me to not tell anyone else, I agreed to the purchase. I asked about the return policy if I wasn't totally satisfied, she stated "we will handle that if it comes up". The charge to my credit card was done on a device that only required a signature and did not have any return information on the screen at all. She, *******************, said the receipt would be emailed to me. Once I got back to my hotel room, I retrieved my email and that's when I saw the wording "There are no refunds or returns as all sales are final". So I decided to research the products and found out the so called life time warranty on the device was at a tremendous cost if you had to have it repaired. Every single review I read was very disappointing and that the company I had purchased it from was a scam. I immediately went back to the convention the next day and asked to return the products and device. I was told by the same person that I could not return it to them at the booth, I would have to return it to their office. She, *******************, supposably texted her office and and was told for me to email their office and they would send me a box to return the products in. She also provided me a phone number.. I called the number and talked to *********. She asked for my address so she could send me a box to return the product. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and as of the date of this complaint, I am still trying to get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...BEWARE....Initial Complaint

Attended ASD Market Week on February 28, 2023. After a facial with the product, I decided to purchase it with the promise made by **** and another woman and man that it was returnable within 90 days with a full refund less $300. 00 restocking fee. I signed a cc machine with them saying they couldn't print the receipt but would send it via email with instructions. I contacted the woman , ****, repeatedly saying I didn't get either. When I returned home in **., I received the system after more than a week. The same day, I ******* the system back to the shipping label. The Forever Flawless **** **** , finally contacted me saying it was never received and would give me no information on ImageX Innovation. I'm out $6300.00. Not until a receipt was sent to *********** was it seen that there is no return. This company is a SCAM. Someone should take them to court.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday, April 26, 2023 I (regrettably) purchased a Avologi ENEO and beauty creams from RFALV Services / Image X Innovation at Caesear's ************************ I was charged $3,250 AND $433.55. I only received a receipt for the first amount and was suspicious. I saw several complaints ************************************************************************************************************************************* so the next day, Thursday, April 27th at 8:46 AM PST - less than 24 hours later - I asked the company to cancel my order via text messages (customer service, and salesperson) and email. I was told the package was already shipped. I checked. It had not yet shipped. Per FedEx(the ticket for shipping was created at 11 AM. As I understand it, the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule gives me three days to cancel a sale made at a sellers temporary location (e.g., specifically calling out convention centers) for any reason. The seller will not cancel the order claiming "customer safety/covid restrictions and CDC regulations." This is absurd considering I purchased the item at a large conference and their own employee didn't follow any customer safety/covid restrictions. I also seem to have rights under the Fair Credit Act as they shipped the product after they learned of the cancellation. Based on other complaints, I am feeling like I've been scammed of several thousand dollars. Any company that does not cancel an order less than 24 hours after it was placed is a scam business.Initial Complaint

Purchased a product from this company> I had an allergic reaction returned the product with in 30 min UNUSED and they stated that they would return my money. They never did, I filed a complaint with my bank and they were unable to retrieve my funds. So not only am I out the money I have nothing of theirs. I was at a conference in *********. I purchased the red light to be shipped to my home because they were sold out. I paid with my credit card. I have yet to have any email or interaction with the company. When I call the number on the site it is not correct. I believe I was scammed.
