    I've had to go three times to the office and multiple calls to get them to submit paperwork for my change in insurance over the last three months. They over promise and under deliver.

    Their follow up is horrible. They said I have severe sleep apnea. I have left to voicemails and two emails. No response.

    What a complete and total joke! This was by no way an accurate representation of a 'sleep' study. There is no way that an adequate amount of usable 'data' could have been collected during this 'study'. First off, the room was FREEZING COLD. Next, the sounds of people moving about with doors closing and happy chatter prevented any quality or quantity of sleep. Then comes the 4am wake up and you are asked to fill out a questionairre while your eyes can barely focus from lack of sleep. Best part of all was the follow up call stating that "the doctor would like to schedule a follow up appointment to go over the results of your sleep study." What results????? That 'study' was in no way an adequate representation of my sleep patterns. And how could they possibly have collected enough data to support any clinical diagnosis? I am a healthcare professional and this whole clinic is no more than a scam operation to get $150 bucks out of you on top of your insurance and then try to get you back in for a 'follow up' to sell you on a CPAP or better yet.........another sleep study!!!!! Yeah, no thanks. Once was enough. As I left the facility through the reception area, I noticed how warm that area was in stark contrast to the area that held the 'sleeping' rooms. I guess the joke was on me..........

    I've had my order for a cpap back in October. and I never received it. I've left several messages about this and never got a return phone call
