    I was sent the completely wrong thing. Ordered gummies and received a smoking cartridge. Left several voicemails because their agents are always “busy”. I’m convinced they don’t have any. Also used their “chat” option of course, agents were busy. Sent SEVERAL emails and nothing. Been over a month now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    I asked to return something bc I can’t take it due to finding out im pregnant and they said I could send it back but when I asked for the address they have quit responding. Won’t ever order from them again that’s for sure

    Hemper was running a sale in April if you purchase certain amounts you got a tiered gift. When I added the April box it said I qualified for the free tier bundle. That was the only reason I purchased was because it showed I was getting my box plus the free bundle. My order history on their website shows the free bundle and also my packing slip when I received my box but no bundle. When I reached out to customer service about it , no mention of it being cancelled to me occurred . It took me over a month to get them to tell me it was a mistake in their system and they changed my order. I never had any form of communication from them from the time I ordered to the time I received my partial order which was 20days. I would just like the products I was under the impression I was ordering .

    Refused to refund an order that I did not approve. Said they issued store credit in the amount to my account. They deleted my account and I cannot access the store credit they claim to have given me.

    Terrible experience, We ordered 2 bongs and only received one
    I contacted Hemper the same day , had a response 3 days later asking for pictures
    This was ordered by my boss through me. I had explained that he had given away the extra pieces that were free in the package , they wanted a picture which all I could take a picture of was the packing slip, bong and box that is all we have left and was not going to ask the employees to bring in what he had given them for a picture
    I am a retail store manager and would never treat my customers in the way they have treated me

    I talked with chat about ordering an item that said was in stock. They responded within 5 minutes, no issues.

    Then I messaged the again a 2 days later asking if the item was actually in stock (they are all sold out everywhere, including the makers website) and was told it was coming from their other warehouse and would be shipped out fast.

    I asked the next day, was the item coming out of the USA? That would take a long time, if so I would like to cancel my order and for over 10 days, I have no gotten 1 reply from e-mail to their chat system.

    Clearly ignored, horrible site and concept. Who would want to buy random **** chinese bongs that cost $20 to make and can buy way better ones from ****.com, if you type in hookah instead of bong.

    I want a refund, the shipping label has not been made of this post and have been asking for a refund everyday all week.

    Ignored and pretty upset.
