  After much research I learned that it's important to have: a solar company that's local a company who has their own installers and maintenance have been in solar business for 5 years or more a company who provides solar screens within the USA (Sol-Up has a factory in AZ!) a company who communicates throughout the entire process and is available for questions after the process Sol-Up marks my research checklist perfectly. The price was right, they walk you through your options at their brick and mortar building, they were attentive and professional. I've never been more sure of my choice. Thank you, Sol-Up!! Susan

  **FALSE ADVERTISING** On the Sol-up Facebook page they use pictures of my home. Sol-up is using it without our permission. They have at least two pictures of our home that they are using to promote their business. We DID NOT use Sol-Up. We used Robco Electric and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Contact Chelsea for excellent and honest customer service and installation!

  Still waiting for my $1,000.00 deposit to be refunded since submitting my cancellation notice on 3/28/24...called yesterday, 4/10/24 and was told that my refund would be processed immediately...again... Needless to say, this is a good example of just one of the many reasons why I have decided not to do business with this company.

  Scam. They are suing me for $17,000 not doing any work just for me signing the contract and getting free permits from HOA. My HOA requiring me to be responsible for not only repair but maintenance going forward for roof of all 8 attached units not only mine and additional extensive insurance coverage. Solup lied to me that HOA can not do anything and will never be an issue. I would have never signed the contract if I knew it was a scam. Never sent me bill for work performed, hours, material. Never performed any work or improved property. I gave them my correct address and they kept sending mail to property where i do not live and harassing my tenants.

  Let me start by saying I do not have sol-up and will not be using sol-up, This is a review of how they are out to scam you. First I asked for them to come to my home to go over pricing, instead the salesman showed up wanting me to sign a doc agreeing to pay them. I refused. I never seen a truth in leading doc. Than they sent a man to my home to make sure my electric panel will work with the new solar. Everything went ok. Here is the SCAM they than sent a roofer to my home. He was here less than 10 min and told me he would have a price for me and when they come back they would be putting a load of tiles in my driveway. I explained I have zero problems with my roof. Why are you telling me you want to replace my roof. He told me Sol-up wanted the bid. It was over 20K for this new roof I did not need. The scam is they will 100% guarantee your roof but only because they sell you a new roof. Sol-up tried to say my tiles are old that is why I need a new roof. I have zero leaks on my home. I have counted over 12 or more home on my street that have had solar installed and did not have to have all the tiles replaced. I will be going with Tesla solar. I warn anyone dealing with sol-up to look long and hard at the numbers they provide. There is something not right with the numbers provided. The lower the the rate the more the base price goes up. I think they are making double what they put in the bid once to figure the bottom line number but again I was never provide a truth in leading doc. Double check everything this company does because there is something not right with the numbers provided and the roofing scam they are running.

  Solup installed our system in Dec 2022 And the service has been excellent We have been VERY pleased with everything they have done , besides getting the solar panels - We purchased new windows , AC Unit , Pool Heater , the install guys are very professional , pleasant and helpful. Yes , I would recommend Solup to anyone looking into this type of energy source . We are Very Happy Customers Patricia P Henderson Nv

  Great sales people and installation was smooth and I was satisfied. That said, if you need ANY post installation help, this is NOT the company for you! I have an issue to be handled and have spoken their "customer service rep" three times over the past two weeks. Every time they forward me to a new department with only voice mail, I have left three messages, and have had exactly ) returned calls. I called back and insisted on talking to a human beings and apparently that's "not possible". I personally believe service AFTER the sale is as important as the sale itself. Apparently SolUp has another business model, and I am NOT a fan! My advice, select another company (there are MANY) that will provide you the service and support you deserve after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

  SolUp is far and away the solar company for me, and you too!
  
  Michael ***** came by for an appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous and gave me as much time as I wanted to ask any questions. Michael presented all of the aspects of solar professionally. Michael, presented 2 major changes in solar that were previous obstacles to committing to installation, and they were game changers.
  
  The first new item was that the newer solar panels had triple the total life span of some of the older panels, which meant that I would not be replacing panels in my lifetime. The second big change was that manufacturers, like Panasonic, offered a guarantee on solar production proposed. If the system does not deliver the proposed energy, Panasonic covers the cost of additional solar panels to meet the proposed production.
  
  Throughout the process of purchase and installation, SolUp could not have done a better job communicating. They were in constant contact about every phase of the process. Everyone I spoke to was professional and kind. There were never any gaps in communication or attention.
  
  Once the system was operational, Tori-Lee ***** came by to meet with me. This was an impressive young lady. Tori was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and went through the system from beginning to end. Tori helped me update my Solar Edge App and explained features that I could access that were very helpful. She also gave me a brief tutorial on production comparison information that I was interested in.
  
  Over all, SolUp is off the scale. There is just nothing to complain about and everything to praise. My system is producing exactly as presented and I am looking forward to net zero energy costs. A great start, solar went active May 11, which is a week after my NV Energy bill cycle began. When the billing cycle came to an end on June 2nd, my electric bill was zero, with a credit of $5.78!

  We used Sol-up who recently completed our solar installation. We are totally satisfied. The process went smoothly and we were impressed with each phase of the process. Our special thank you to Grant, Monica, Lauren, Jazman, Kariana, and Tori who all contributed to a successful approval process and installation.
