  I can't believe it took me this long to say something about these scammers!!! I sign the contract with them last summer 7/2022. it took them almost 4 months to get my panels installed because they can't keep their workers employed. It got delayed months after months and i was already being charged for it 11/2022. The finance company said 3 months is enough time to get the panels installed so they need to start charging me. The panels were finally turned on late Dec 2022. Then they promised me a bunch of incentives but they never fulfilled it. i went to their office in Feb and happen to catch the owner, Kevin Le. He happen to be visiting from Texas because his nephew, Thompson Le who is running the business here in Vegas was screwing things up. He promised me that his wife Frances was going to take care of everything and that he has a reputation to keep. His wife was responsive at first, that is why it took me so long to write something negative on here. Its now been 4 months, i have been txting her every single month, and now crickets... my last txt to her was 11/15, told her this was going to be my last txt before i take legal actions on their business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don't even want to give them ONE STAR:(;(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

  This company I believe has changed there name to Solarized LLC. and has moved to Texas. They closed down their Las Vegas office so check out the CEO and if it is Kevin be ware. I started the process on May of 2022 and had the system installed in August of 2022. When they tried to commission the system they discovered that the Sunpower panels they used did not work with the Enphase inverter. Six weeks later the installed the Solaredge inverter which worked. However I notice that the panel production varied significantly at the same time of the day. (1.4 KWH to 550 KWH). I tried to call GetSolarized to find out they shut down in Nevada a few weeks earlier and left no contact information. My system is working sporadically due to firmware issues which have resulted in daily loss of connection with the NV Energy meter. I an forced to try and work with the manufactures who push me back to my installer who is gone from Nevada. Sun power did send out a technician who discover that GetSolarized did not run a firmware update on the inverter. Now as a result of doing that my inverter looses connection with NV Energy several time per day. Now I am not getting credit for the production my system is producing and I obviously I can't call the installer so I ahve to pay another company to come out to fix it. Interestingly, today I met a guy from Solarized LLC who cam up from Texas to fix someone else's system. They have not reached out to any other customers in Reno that I am aware of, but I did learn that Kevin Le is running this company. Obviously they feel no obligation to former customers to address issues. Do your self favor and stay away from GetSolarized or Solarized LLC out on Texas, NM or Las Vegas. The ongoing experience I have had makes me wish I had never gone the Solar route. If you choose to do it any way only deal with a large installer who has been around m ore that a year or two. Unfortunately this company seems to have no ethical awareness.

  Terrible Company! Started the process in June 2022 with anticipated finish September 2022. As of 2/14/23 still waiting for the system to be energized and permits signed off. Absolutely no communication. They tried to get final payment before they could even prove to me system works. Installation crews were a joke. 1st crew installed panels and never returned to complete. I was told the reason was they were fired for shoddy work. 2nd guy came to supposedly complete wiring and played around for a few hours before telling me he would be back the next day with supplies and help. Never showed and heard he was arrested. 3rd crew showed up and said they had to redo everything 1st crew did. All calls and emails go unanswered. In the process of filing complaints with contractor's board and utilities commission. Stay away from this company.

  I have been attempting to contact them about finishing our solar system with no success. They left an empty meter box between the solar system and batteries, instead leaving them as expensive wall decoration. This has been by far the worst company to deal with. They never inform their customers what's going on, take hounding to get any information out of, and are the most expensive option out there now. I should have listened to my Tesla advisor and just re-roofed our house to have Tesla install solar and batteries. I'd have gotten a more powerful system in the same footprint for significantly less, even with having to replace the perfectly good roofing. I only found the company through Tesla and now ***** doesn't have them on their recommended electricians list (for good reason).
