  I stopped by this business on 8/16/2023 got talked into buying 3 phone cases three headphones. got home with these items two out of the three cases dont charge or work. They wouldnt give me a price until check out then it was ****** they are con artist praying on tourist they know wont be back. The email at the top of the receipt is not legit the phone number sends you to a voicemail they dont call back. I am willing to mail back all of this worthless items and want a full refund. They say its lifetime guarantee but I e mailed that address nothing back from that e mail either. this is a scam at the highest level I dont know why the hotel is allowing them to stay there. They lied about the performance of the items I have filed a complaint with my credit card they are not able to refund me so I am reaching out to you. There are similar complaints about this place. If the items worked and performed at the level these gentlemen described i would have let this go even though I paid above and beyond what I should have. but for them to not work as advertised or at all is just straight up fraud. And the consumer has no recourse being a tourist it would have been better to bet 800 at the casino. This is unacceptable. They tried to sell me a projector for ****** dollars but was willing to take **** something vey wrong with this business. They cant give you a straight answer on price until check out when youve put your card in I am sick about being taken advantage of.
