I was charge 188 dollars. I have no idea who these people are. I didn't authorize anything. And they refuse to answer the phoneBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/20) */ On the 20th of April 2022 talent signed online for $2 and chose the option of $188.73 to be charged after the 7 days agreeing that after the 7 days $2 trial, he will be charged $188.73. On the 22nd of April 2022, agent sent an SMS to remind talent about $188.73 upcoming charges and on the 25th of April 2022 agent tried to call the talent but it routed her to VM and we got no reply assuming the talent is on notice and OK about the coming charge. On the 27th of April 2022, the talent got charged $188.73 for the 6 months membership plan he selected, On the 28th of April 2022, we received a BBB complaint from Talent that he was charged $188.73 for a subscription on our website that he did not authorize. Supervisor reached out on the 30th and tried to explain the reason why he was charged, but the customer responded with rudely and hung up the phone. On the 2nd of May the full $188.73 was refunded. I made an account on Explore Talent and signed up for a Pro account. It billed me $188.73 for 6 months. It has not even been a month yet and on the website it says I can cancel and receive a refund but I have called and all they did was ask for my credit card number and address without letting me cancel. I'd also like to take my information off the site but they require you to call to do so and when I did all I keep getting is a message saying "they're experiencing high call volumes." If I don't get to cancel my account and take my information down I will be forced to sue.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/12) */ On the 5th of February 2022 talent signed up online for $2. On the 7th of February 2022, CS rep tried to make a courtesy call to the talent to offer assistance and to remind him of what's gonna happened as far as what he committed to clicking "I agree" when he signed up online clearly informed of the upcoming charges he becoming on the 7th day but it was routed to VM, CS rep. sent an email for CB. CS rep. tried to call the talent again on the 8th of February 2022 but no answer it routed to VM and sent the talent another email. On the 12th of February, the talent got charged for the plan he selected which was for 6 months $188.73. On the 21st of February, this talent sent us an email to cancel his paid subscription, One of the cs rep. called him the next day on the 22nd of February to assist him with regards to the email he sent but it routed to VM and then cs rep. sent an email for CB, 2nd attempt was made on **rd of February still routed to VM another email was sent adv. talent to call us back, 3rd attempt was made on 24th for February still routed to VM, CS rep canceled the recurring and sent him a cancellation confirmation email. We have received a BBB complaint on 02/24/2022, we tried to reach out to the customer on 02/22/2022 calling both numbers on the account ********** and ********** but we were prompted with a voice mail thus we sent an email as a follow up. On March 11,2022 we did another attempt, and this time ********** is no longer answering; we attempted twice and ********* answered, but mentioned it was a wrong number. We have refunded the $188.73 on the same day, and deleted 2 profiles under this customers name. Have to customer Cooperated and not was not just ignoring our Repeated Goodwill attempts to communicate with him, he will need to resort to file a complaint but unfortunately he decided to go to the BBB instead of communicating with us Best regardsInitial Complaint

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/08) */ The customer created her own account on her own initiative and never did business with us. Instead of contacting us by calling our customer support or requesting via the web form to delete the account, she preferred to open a BBB complaint. Upon receiving the BBB complaint we immediately delete her account. Furthermore we have contacted the customer couple of times in both phone number on the account and the number provided to the BBB but we always got voicemail and never got a returned call. We also contacted the customer via the 2 emails that he had one on record in one we got from the BBB but she never replied. Since this issue is not about payment or services the customer ever paid we don't understand what the BBB has to be requested by her to be involved since she never did any business with us. Furthermore she has created her own problem by creating the profile and instead of resolving it easily by contacting us first and comply by the BBB standards whereby customer need to contact the company first before filing a complaint (which she didn't). For the above reasons we will kindly ask you to remove this as a complaint. Best regardsInitial Complaint

Over the years I have repeatedly asked Explore Talent to remove a profile of me from their website. They haven't done so. The profile was not made by me and was not made with my consent. I have repeatedly contacted Explore Talent over the years about removing my name and profile from their website and I have received no follow up. Enough is enough. I was supposed to get a refund of $288.00 after I canceled the "VIP" service. I got a refund of only $188.00. I would like to receive my refund in the full amount. If you all claim to be "legit", then you don't do this to people.Business response

We called her again and reminded her she said she will do it Right away and we were Under the impression it's getting done Already and That the complaint was canceled and didn't notice the complaint was still open. I made an account for my daughter, who is a minor. I paid $288.00 for the membership and then I paid another $25 for premium. I called and complained 2x's telling them that my daughter IS A MINOR and they were sending her adult roles. They still kept matching her with adult roles and inviting her to them. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they would cancel our membership and refund the money. I have yet to see the refund and she is still getting emails for adult roles. This place is a scam!!!Business response

My name and picture are being used without my permission on a website with misleading information and without my knowledge or permission as if I was a member, which I am not. I have no idea when or how they got this information or who this company is. I have never heard of the company and have never been contacted by them to join. I am not a member and do not want to be. I do not authorize the account or use of my name and picture on their website.Business response
