    I took my 2016 ******* Sonata Eco to this business on March 3, 2024 because it quit running, I went there because I took other cars there and it was fine. They told me the engine needed to be replaced and charged me $6500.00 which I paid, then the next day he called me and told me that it needs the turbo charger and that would be $l700.00 more, which I paid. Since then I have taken the car back 10 times and it's still not fixed and has a check engine light which they were supposed to fix last Saturday the 25th of May and he told me it would take 4 to 5 hours but when I called he said it still wasn't ready and so I went to get the car back because I needed it only to find that he had closed early and locked my car up inside the business. So I went back the next day only to find the business once again closed. I called him today on Memorial day and they were open, he said the car still wasn't ready and they were working on it. I decided I wanted it back anyway, so I went there and they were NOT working on it and it was sitting in the parking lot. The guy said the work was under warranty but he has never completed the repair and it's frustrating because he has held my car hostage for 3 months now and never finishes the repair and holds on to the car and doesn't do the work. He has lied about the service several times and says "I'm doing you a favor" and I have to say I PAID to have it fixed there are no favors involved.

    The owner of the U.S. Tire and Auto Repair reached out to me and offered to take the car to their other facility and repair anything that was wrong with the car at no cost and provide me with a loaner car while mine is being repaired and said that he wants me to be happy.  The car has been there for a week now and they said they are waiting for a part to come and that the car should be ready by 6/28 if the part comes in by then.

    WE TALK *********************************** LAST WEEK JUNE  19 SO HE COULD BRING HIS VEHICLE TO OUR SHOP TO COMPLETE REPAIR IN THE RIGHT WAY , WE HAVE 2016 ******* SONATA  IN OUR SHOP TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM WE LOAN ***************** A VEHICLE HE CAN USE WHILE WE HAVE HIS VEHICLE IN THE SHOP.

    I took my car for repairs at us tire for front struts back struts tie rod ends and front brakes replacement they did the back struts tie rods and brake replacement they did not replace the front struts they painted over them to make it look like they replaced them and charged me full price for all the work they said they did.I took it to another shop who told me they did not replace.
