The Tax Lien Mastery course has all the info you need to start buying liens. Your first coach will be there to get me through training (3 weeks) and now the second coach will help you buy a lien and a deed (4 weeks). I have already purchased some liens before this course and it's a great refresher. I mainly wanted to try the software which is very extensive. It's going to take some practice, but I think it will decrease my research time.

Irving was a great speaker/mentor for our second weekend introduction. He helps you dive deep into the process of tax liens and deeds. Shows you all the flags to look for, and helps explain what you are looking at when you find a property. I have to say in the beginning I was very skeptical but after my 3 day flyout with Mark all I can say is WOW, I am so glad we did this. We learned so much in the 3 days of our flyout and we actually put in our first offer which is super exciting. Mark is an amazing coach and I can honestly say we gained a friend for life. Coach Joe has a great personality and is very encouraging. He walked me through my first tax lien all the way from the purchase to filing a TDA. He also held me accountable to make sure I reviewed the learning modules. I learned the importance of due diligence to avoid buying liens that are not profitable. There is definitely a lot more to purchasing tax liens an acquiring property than people think. While I am still learning, I feel confident that I have the support from Tax Len Wealth Builders (TLWB) to help me be successful in real estate investing.
