  Absolutely disgusting! We were scammed out of $300 for a ticket reissuing fee. Now- we have 1 person in our party with a health crisis and we can only cancel her ticket if we pay $75 per person… I told them not to cancel and they hung up on me!

  This is THE WORST Travel Agency around. I booked my flight through Kayak (who I also will never trust again) and it looked like a great deal and then these people stood between me and United Airlines. READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!!!!!!! Why? Because every time there is a change in the flight, even if it is by 3 MINUTES, they will send you an email and call you to confirm the rebooked flight because "otherwise you might miss your flight". The first time I did so and then immediately had a $15 charge show up on my credit card! I looked at the fine print and every time there is a change they have a right to charge a rebooking fee up to 5 times ($75)! I called United and asked if my ticket would still be valid if I did not call them and they said yes and were shocked at what THEY called a scam! I worried about what would happen the day of the flights and finally found a direct flight though Jet Blue and cancelled this reservation knowing full well that I lost my money but knowing that I now have peace of mind and a much better flight!

  Terrible. Their site made it seem I was buying "Economy Class" plane tickets, but in the course of "verification" they asked me to check a box that said "Basic Economy," which is different.. In other words, "Bait and Switch." Now the charge is "pending" at my bank. They better not charge me. I DO NOT CONFIRM and do not want these tickets.

  100% scam. Southwest system melt down during Christmas. After numerous calls, long holds, and extremely rude staff. We were told they processed our refund but refused to provide a confirmation number or ticket number for follow up purposes. Well it is now 3/2/23 and there is not a dime returned. 100% Fraud They need to be shutdown.

  If you are going to use this agency for booking a flight I suggest you have an attorney on retainer. I have been waiting for ten weeks for a refund on a flight that was canceled by the airline due to weather. I am now turning it over to my attorney. I have experienced the long holds, rude comments, and promised refunds for too long. I will be seeking restitution for my time, my attorney fees, Airtkt's fees, and the original amount that I paid for the flight. This would be a successful class action lawsuit for fraudulent business practices if everyone got together. Hmmm, what a good idea.

  100% SCAM. Called and emailed me insisting I had to confirm I'd received a change to my flight or I'd miss it, then charged me $70 for some bs fee.

  Absolutely a scam; same issues as noted by other reviewers. They want to charge you unnecessary fees for services they cannot perform. Deal directly with airlines to save yourself the headache and fees.

  This company booked my tickets and I am getting double charges on my visa. Had to go to the bank and dispute the charges. Waited 1 hour for someone to answer my call. Still trying to figure out how they charge. Changing and Cancelling a flight was also a nightmare. Charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. No questions asked and boom a charge on my visa as if they are entitled to it as long as they have my number. Well try using it now, cancelled my card since they were so lose with it and booking tickets using it. What a nightmare of a company who indiscreetly uses your credit card and has a useless Customer Support personnel who don't want to help you figure out the mess they have caused. STAY FAR AWAY from this place.

  The airline moved our departure time up 1/2 an hour and notified me. I also received an email from Airtkt about the change. As stated already, Airtkt email that I could miss my flight if I didn't respond so they could reissue a ticket. By responding to Airtkt's, I evidently gave them permission to charge my credit card $25/person ($100 total) for them to reissue a ticket. Nowhere in the email did it mention there was a fee to do nothing.. What a scam! The airline changed the flight time and Airtkt did nothing to reissue a ticket. They are charging extra fees whenever they can. I called Airtkt twice. Even though I waited on hold for 2 hours, the first time I was able to talk with someone,, they hung up on me when I asked about the $100 charge. The second time, after waiting another 1.5 hours, they said they had to reissue a ticket. They didn't do ANYTHING! The airline changed the flight time. I also emailed them about the $100 charge and it was the same response about Airtkt having to reissue tickets. Again, the airline notified me. I have contacted my credit card and they are launching an investigation into the extra charge. I WILL NEVER book any flights with AIRTKT again.

  Terrible agency!!!! I bought my flight ticket, paid more because says I had 1 luggage checked included. I have the screenshot as a proof and now they are saying it’s not included!!! I was on the phone with them and they hang up on me!!
