      I purchased a cruise from this company on February 7,2025. I received 2 emails that day prior to purchasing offering Free gratuities, so I purchased the cruise that day... the same day as I received the emails. Two weeks later I was on the actual cruise website browsing around about my cruise and I noticed they were saying I needed to pay my $360 in gratuities. So I immediately contacted Prestige to ask about this. They said that the free gratuities ended February 6th. I sent them the 2 emails they had sent on February 7th advertising free gratuities. They informed me those had been sent by mistake and should not have been sent out, and they were sorry, but they were not going to give me the free gratuities. I asked the agent if she believed she was doing the right thing in this matter and she said she could not answer... BEWARE they promise you free things and simply lie... after you have booked the cruise is when you find out and there is nothing you can do.

      Prestige Cruises seems to collaborate with Holland America to scam customers. My husband and I were initially happy to have found a cruise to the Caribbean over Christmas at a very affordable price with many perks thrown in. We wanted to book the cruise online but then were lured by the offer to call their agent for the option to pay an additional $100 per person to get a $200 flight credit per person and that the agent would then get us the best flight fares not available elsewhere. This was published on their booking website. When we called, made the cruise booking, and then asked about the flight credit offer, the agent made us pay the additional $100 per person before "helping" us find the "best deal" to apply the $200 flight credit per person. He quoted $195 pp for a one-way flight from Las Vegas to Fort Lauderdale (we paid for our return flight using miles on our preferred airline). We agreed trusting that they kept their word about getting the best fares for us. He then proceeded to read out the terms. I asked if he had already applied the $200 flight credit to the fare and he said yes and that it was automatically applied. We received an email confirmation stating the applied $200 credit per person. Upon hanging up, we checked flight booking websites and found much lower prices elsewhere. We called the agent back to cancel immediately but were told only Customer Service could help and they would get back to us in 72 hours. Customer Service later told us that the flight was managed by Holland America and that they would not provide refunds. Upon my continued protest, Holland America's flight support and Prestige's customer service later told us that as our flight was one-way, they only applied $100 credit (50%) per person. This was not mentioned during booking otherwise why would we pay $100 per person to get back the same without benefits? Also contradicts the email confirmation. Holland America refused to cancel and refund. A total scam by both of them!

      Prestige Cruise has a shady business offering bonus perks that in reality don't worth anything. I reserved a northern Europe cruise from a city in U.S for $2000. Their bonus was $1000 air credit, all sounded too good to be true (as the cost of round trip from my city to Amsterdam was about $900), so the cost of cruise would have been about $1K. Well when the time came to book the flight I was told the cheapest flight from my city to AMS is about $1800, which means I had to fork out $800 for to pay the difference for flight. BTW this is the exact airline/flight/date/time that I was looking at real time which was $900. So basically they NOT giving any air credit, just jack up the price of airfare. I ended up canceling my cruise and loose my deposit

      Do NOT Book with Prestige Cruises.com!!! They are Horrible! I had a terrible experience with Prestige Cruises. There are so many hidden charges and misleading information. They initially told me that taxes were included, but later I was charged additionally for them once I received the paperwork. They also promised easy transfers between locations but failed to follow through. Once you book with an agent, good luck ever reaching them again! You're directed to customer service, where the representatives are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Calls go unanswered, even from supervisors who promise callbacks and never deliver. It's been three weeks, and I still haven't received a response. Make sure to scrutinize all your documents and confirm every detail before ending any call with them. What is discussed on the phone is often not what is documented, and changes are impossible, no matter how dissatisfied you are. Beware, your deposit is non-refundable, and this is where they trap you. I’m losing $400 just to avoid this cruise because if there are issues now, imagine what it would be like on the actual cruise! Read all the reviews. Most customers share similar horror stories, and happy ones are few and far between. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Do NOT book with Prestige Cruises.com!!!

      i would like to research all of the complaints in this review. However, the name and email that was put in the reviewed by field do not bring up any bookings with us. Can you please provide a booking # so I can research your complaint further.

      I think they have unfair business practices. Very unfair business practices. After more than an hour on the phone doing a reserve, the air portion of the reservation were not as we thought, 'reviewing it didn't include seats and checked bag as we understood it has, after reviewing the reservation, we called the person who made our reservation and after one week we haven't received any answer about it. In the other hand it was supposed we were taking a ********* promotion that said we were just paying $200 for the reservation, then they charged the $200 plus an insurance charge of more than $800 that we were not aware they were charging until July. The said promotion from ********* is not any, same prices doing it by ourselves and with less drama. Now after all this bad customer service we are not filling good making this trip and nobody respond for cancellation. I'm complaining with my credit card since I want all my money back. Next time I will do business directly with the cruise line. This is shit! Be away of this company that don't have customer service for other thing than sell not even show an address.
