      MISREPRESENTATION!!!We purchased a vacation pkg on 1-25-23, from Vegas Stronger, located in Las Vegas, during a phone call. They promised us the following: 1. Airfare Anywhere: Round trip coach airfare for 2 "ANYWHERE in the CONTINENTAL US.2. $1000 ************** Dollars thru TravelSavingsDollars.com 3. $300 Dining Dough 4. 6 Show Tickets or Vegas Attraction Passes 5. $300 Slot Play Our Complaint is because of Misrepresentation and Gifts NOT as Promised:?1. The round trip airfare is only to "23 Destinations" and is NOT "ANYWHERE in the **, which is a HUGE MISREPRESENTATION. There are also, No Departure airports close to us. There is nothing that stated that there are only a few airports in each state to choose from. We would have to drive 6+ hours to an airport, as *************** is not an option, which is 35 min drive from us and our closest **********************2. We have NEVER received the **** to get into the $1000 ************** Dollars and have asked numerous times over the phone. We spoke with ******* and she told us she would inquire with someone to get it to us. we have still received no call, email or any response or Code as promised.3. The $300 Dining Dough was a coupon for ONLY $250 worth of Dining Dough Coupons, NOT $300 as promised.4. We were to receive 6 show tickets- we only received 2!!! The 2 they did give us, couldnt be used, because there was not even a show showing at the time for the particular tickets they gave us. So, NO Show tickets or Attraction Passes to use at all!!5. The $300 Slot Play was Only $250 Slot Play. $50 short!!See attachments of Promises and what even the online site shows. *There were also more promises made during the phone call, but I don't have proof of those, since it was over the phone, but the noted items above, I do have proof of.

      The actual Offer went into effect a few Months ago!!!  

      The original payment was *** of 2023, but it did NOT go into effect until we set up the Offer to stay in Vegas on March 13, 2024.

       The Actual Stay and when the Offers took Place were on April 1-4, 2024.

      There is no way we would have know that this was Misrepresentation or Fraud until April of 2024!  

      SEE ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS WITH DATES AND PROOF.  

      Please Reconsider this Complaint to get a Full refund of $499!    THANK YOU!

      purchased a trip to *** Vegas deal on 1/19/23 from *************************, Welcome ********** at [email protected]. Supposed to be 4 days/3 nights in Las Vegas at a hotel on the strip and include lots of bonuses. They've continuously called since then to get us to purchase more/additional trips. Went to book the actual "paid in advance" trip and was sent to a different vendor that says they have nothing to do with this third-party *********** that shows up on the credit card as JS Marketing. Now, this vendor has stipulations of attending a 90-minute sales presentation and we were specifically told that was not what this was; this was just to get people to Vegas and build tourism. Also don't have weekends available but was told there were no blackout dates; so, they don't call them blackout, they call them "no availability - like ever. Also, have to be at the presentation early or pay a $150 fine and lose the bonuses we purchased. Also have to pay resort fees per night and additional funds to get dates/rooms. We'd like a refund since all is not as it was presented and sold to us. JS Marketing ************ **

      I was cold called by these people and they talked me into paying $500 for a 3 night stay in Vegas with a bunch of perks. I was laid off this month, and have nothing to do so wanted to go to Vegas for a few days. When I called to book the trip, I casually mentioned to the employee that I had been laid off so the timing works well. She put me on hold, and her supervisor picked up and asked if I could confirm that I have been laid off. I confirmed, and she told me that a condition of booking the trip is that I have a job. For some reason, something I have already paid for I can't use for a reason undisclosed to me before the purchase.

      I bought a pkg from VEGASSTRONGER on 17Jul23. ******* promised some bonuses/gifts with purchase. I am very disappointed that the VEGASSTRONGER Rep misrepresented things & more disappointed that TRIPSSTRAVELnor VEGASSTRONGER have corrected this. I purchased the VEGASSTRONGER pkg for $499. I reviewed all of the inclusions with 2 Reps multiple times before agreeing to purchase. I was put through to a ***************** Rep who verified theinclusions. An email verified them too. I was told it was our responsibility to get to Vegas. I was told we had to pay the taxes/resort fees. I was told we had to attend a 90 min presentation.I was not told of additional fees. I bought a hotel stay. Bonuses: $300 free food; $50 Gift Cert @ Pampas; 4 FREE Shows; $300 Slot Play; AIRFARE for 2 in the continental US; VACATION WEEK; $1000 TRAVEL SAVINGS DOLLARS. I stayed in the hotel. I attended the presentation. I was given $500 in vouchers for food - it was not free food but discounts on food/items. The choices are not near me & will not be used. They chose the 4 show tix. They are not free; they are BOGO. These will not be used. I was not told the $300 slot play was for a few games nor that I would not get the winnings. I did not get a souvenir.I have not tried to use the $50 @ Pampas. It does not specify meat Rodizio lunch as promised. Airfarefor 2 is not for anywhere in US. It includes 2 nights but there are fees I was not told about. Dream Vacay Week has fees I was not told about. Both expire 17Dec23. I did not get $1000 Travel dollars. I have called VEGASSTRONGER/TRIPSSTRAVEL for help. On 21Nov23 I was told an email went to the Fulfillment Ctr. I have not heard from them. PLS advise what I can do. My efforts have not worked. There is an expiry coming up. I did not get what was sold to me/promised. There are additional fees that I was not told about. I was misled by ******* of VEGASSTRONGER. I would like to be compensated somehow or in some way.

      Was contacted by a telemarketer back in August to purchase a travel plan to go to *** Vegas and receive hotel accommodations and free shows as well as money for food. However, no mention of needing to travel with a spouse was said, and I was very clear with the agent that I travel with a colleague, when I went to book, they said contract was invalid since my wife was not traveling .

      Added screenshots of the surprise document they have you fill out after you've paid. This is a scam, sold as a trip but never mentioned you had to bring your spouse to qualify. A qualification form should be sent before they take payment.

      I was contacted by a representative of Vegas Stronger. When I answered the representative asked if I was **** and I asked who he was and he said his name. I didnt get his name. But he asked again if I was **** and as he said this, it seems our phone call had a lag. So it was interrupting him and he shouted if you will let me FINISH I will tell you. I cursed at him and he said F**k you and hung up. I called back to the number that came in to me from ************** and asked to speak to a manager and told my issue. The gentleman on the line there that took the call back was apologetic and gave me the master number to Vegas Stronger at ************ and so I called to give my displeasure with the issue I had encountered. I shared with the guy on the phone that my wife had passed away of a heart attack and I was having a terrible and busy month and that I didnt appreciate the guy that called me. This guy was rude and began to over talk me and then he cursed me and told me I was getting upset and I would have a heart attack too if I didnt calm down and then he said I can see why your wife died she probably was sick of living with you and he hung up on me too. I called back and *********************** picked up the phone. Who knows if that generic sounding name is real or not. But **** told me that he was the owner and general manager and that he supported his guys and that his people are told to respond in anger and debate if they are being talked rude to by someone THEY are soliciting too. He went on to tell me that if I wanted to talk civil he would talk civil but if I wanted to be a little B**CH then he would treat me like one. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB and share on my social media. And he said hes been doing this *********************************************************************************************** to try to do anything to his business. They say everything rises and falls on leadership. Bad leaders raise bad leaders. **** is one

The company has consistently failed to meet my expectations and has exhibited a lack of integrity and accountability throughout our engagement. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who may be considering doing business with them.The quality of the products and services provided by Vegas Stronger has been subpar. The products I purchased did not meet the promised specifications and were of inferior quality. In addition, Vegas Stronger has demonstrated a lack of transparency and honesty in their business practices. I have encountered hidden fees and unexpected charges that were not disclosed upfront, leading to significant financial inconvenience and frustration.Given these negative experiences, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Vegas Stronger to anyone seeking reliable and reputable services. Their lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction are indicative of an organization that fails to prioritize the needs and concerns of its clients.       I received a call in January 2023 for a Vegas package that promised a bunch of perks that I purchased. They promised a Vegas trip with 4 tickets to the best shows including ****** du ****** (and no black out dates). Then, once in Vegas, I would get $1000 in future travel savings, a week at a resort including 2 airline tickets anywhere in the US. (see attachment). When I arrive, they gave me 2 tickets to a show that we didn't want see and no options for premium shows as they promised. The show was actually offered for free on the street. I called them asking to get the 4 tickets so the shows they promised when they sold me the package. They said they would remedy the situation, but never called back. I had to pay $600 to buy the 4 tickets. I still haven't received the remainder of the package as promised, shown in the attachment. I would not have purchased this package or gone to Vegas if they were honest. To fully remedy the situation, they would have to refund my show ticket cost and provide the remaining items they promised. After the trip, I called to ask about all the things they promised that weren't delivered. A guy named ***************************** told me I am a child and a little b**** for expecting them to delivery the items they promised. I found his approach quite funny. I hope he doesn't treat others like this in the future, and instead, fixes he business model by being honest with people up front.

      It is with regret you find yourself dissatisfied. Sometimes a disconnect can and does happen in promotional travel. Las Vegas has a wide array of shows, attractions, food, lore and the like. 

      I did review your purchase. You stayed 4 days and 3 nights in the center of the Las vegas strip at ********, a Caesars Property for $259.  All other gifts promised were delivered.

      As I shared, there are times where a customer still may be less than satisfied and we take all such complaints seriously. My job is to go to the end in making travelers happy. I take my responsibility seriously.

      In your case, you were very aggressive in tone from the start. That is your right; you are the customer. Your suggested remedy that we refund double the amount you paid or face a smear campaign is something we just cannot do at Vegas Stronger. We bring happy travelers to Las Vegas. We do not negotiate with terrorists type threats. You paid $259 for 3 nights center strip at a Caesars Property in Las Vegas. That is a matter of record. 

      Your accusations that I used profane taunts is unfortunate. 

      If we can be of service in the future and start fresh, I would appreciate the opportunity.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      ***************************** and his company Vegas stronger lied about the travel package.  When I called him to resolve this problem, he called me "a little b**** and" and said that my complaint is a terrorist type threat.  His company gets people to buy a package that the do not deliver, which results in a major additional costs during the trip

       As mention, he promised a trip with all of the items in my attachment, but he did not deliver them. They also promised no black out dates, but there were black out dates. He promised 4 show tickets to the top shows, but I didnt receive any. They promised 2 free flights to anywhere in the U.S. with a week free stay after the Vegas trip (as shown in the attachment), but that also didnt happen.

      While in Vegas, in order to have the experience they promised, I had to purchase all 4 show tickets, which was a big cost I didnt expect. I travelled to Vegas because of all the items promised in the package. If I would have known that they were lying, I would not have purchased this package or travelled to Vegas.

      I have responded to this complaint numerous times and am happy to do so again.  I also reiterate my offer to call me anytime ************.  

      Foremost, I have been representing Vegas Stronger for 14 years and we have travelled thousands of customer. Most of our revenues come from repeat business. I would not last using the profane language ******** alleges for shock value.  I ask BBB to consider the source.

      ******** originally bout our package at a reduced price. At booking he was granted another $200 credit for goodwill purposed.  ******** stayed center strip at Linq for a total of $259.  He was also the recipient of other gifts.

      ******** is asking for an additional $800 for a package he paid $259 for and stayed 3 nights center strip. 

      We strongly believe this dispute should now be decided by a court.  We respectfully ask BBB to recuse itself in any way going forward.

      I am rejecting this response because the company has not delivered on their promises.  I showed BBB all the details Vegas Stronger offered in the package that they did not deliver. Vegas Stronger lied about their package and it cost me a lot money.  ***************************** was very rude when I spoke with him on the phone and in his BBB response to me (as I've already explained).  This issue is "Unresolved" and the public should be aware that this business promises much more than they deliver and are rude when you ask for the items they promised.  I caution people when they are presented with the package from this company to consider if it's worth it if they don't receive most of the items they were promised.

      Is this a joke? The business did not make a good faith offer to remedy the issue.  The issue is not answered and the business did not address the issue.  You assigned it the wrong classification.  Please fix the classification or else explain why they deserve this without trying to fix the issue?

      As you know I sent the attachments showing what they promised.  Do you have proof from the business that they provided those items they sold to me.  You do not because they lied.

      Why did the supervisors believe that the complaint was answered?

      Did the company provide an answer to my last response? If so, where is it?

      Do they provide evidence that they provided the service they promised?

      Do your supervisors know that I provided the attachments showing what they promised, and did not deliver? 

      Or, is BBB protecting this fraudulent business?

      Are you going to provide answers to these questions or ignore them as you have in the past?

      If not, whats the point of your organization other than to protect fraudulent businesses?

      As I assumed, you didnt answer any of my previous questions.

      Date of transaction 7-8-22. Was told we would get two free flights anywhere in the continental **. (now they are saying its ****** dollars a person.) Also we would receive 8 day 7 night resort stay free ( now they are saying its ****** to 350 dollars for the stay) The plane tickets were not free and the resort was not free. We were lied too, and we would like our money refunded (******) On the phone conversation we were told 250 dollars to spend on food but in actuality it was a coupon book for discounts. Also 200 dollars in gambling money but it was a voucher as well could only use on certain machines and could only win if you hit a jackpot.
