    Order for restoration with this business was placed on 02/17/2022 for this shop to restore car interior for **** Oldsmobile Cutlass with total cost of $1900.00. Paid in full. Owner ********************************** says he completed all work but will not return car interior. I've made attempts to recover items with no success for almost 1 year. Every time their is communication with owner he has an excuse and will not give items back. I've made attempts by going to business, calling and by email. Only contact that was successful was by email. I have all email communication which I've attempted to recover all items by trying to meet at his shop and even tried to go to a neutral place and he has excuse after excuse and will not return my items. Every attempt has been unsuccessful and he has stop communicating with me. Please help me to recover my items that were paid in full.

    Its funny how People are s***** I waited for him for months after i was done with hes seats after he kept changing shops to fix hes car since they kept leaving him hanging and didnt charge him extra storage fees just give him time and give him a cheap price since he said that was hes budget and not to mention he saw the sample that was sent to him and also saw the embroidery in person and never mention the name was wrong and i didnt charge him for hes mistake and change it without a charge but he forgot all that but anyways people like this i dont care for and dont want anything to do with him  so trust me hes seats are done and there and done panels and i want them out of my storage and life and him as well but i am not back until saturday so if i find someone to deliver them i will since i can have them contact him or he can wait until saturday orfriday if i come back early . I told him were close and i bee. traveling to **** for cancer treatment he keeps threating and Talkign with bad attitude thats why i stop answering like two days ago because hes too old for hes bs so thats the only option i have and trust me i want him and hes seats out too , i dont have any benefit having hes seats after i waited months for him too and didnt charge him a ***** extra including i give him a discount for hes budget that it was Bs like him so as soon as i can i can have him get hes stuff delivered for free just because i dont want him near at all . thanks .

    I have email communication between the owner and I, which can be provided showing that it was a mistake made on the seats and me trying to contact the owner to get back my items for about a year.  I've been given excuses after excuses from owner. In the response the owner stated he tried to give me my items back but has not and the email communication would show that. As i stated to the owner that the car cannot be moved without the seats. The whole statement that he's provided is not true.   I would like to have my items back. He told me that same excuse time after time that he provided in his response to you. Please help me retrieve my items. Thank you

    Responded to a posting on ******** Marketplace about getting some lights + upholstery done to my cars headliner. The person I was in contact with name is "***********************" she is the gatekeeper, any message goes through her and is relayed to whomever. We scheduled the initial service for 1/2/23 at 4:00PM where I met with "****" at their physical business location and he took out my cars headliner while also breaking one of my visors(he said he would replace) . I sent $200 as a deposit as requested, and the work was supposed to be done and ready to install on 1/4 but they gave me the run around for over a week until yesterday 1/11/23 they finally said they would install it. I was supposed to meet with **** at the shop to give him my keys for him to start the install but I was told he has a doctors appointment and was running late. I said I would wait for him but they then decided I needed to drop my keys off through a mail slot in their door and leave and I can't stay, talk, or see anyone do any of the work. This raised a huge red flag for me because that sounds like some shady stuff so I said no I will wait for someone to get there so I can give them the keys physically and I can arrange a ride to be picked up since they did not want anyone watching. They then completely flipped out that I wanted to give my keys to someone and started slandering me. I was then given their business # ************ which you cannot call only text and this person was making accusations and slandering me some more. I was able to find ***** # ************ and got ahold of him for him to act the same way. They now have my $ and car parts hostage in their shop and are refusing service. I called the ****** business license # to get more info on the company to explore options. Well come to find out they do not have a business license and have been doing business illegally. I am on here now asking for your help to prevent these people from doing any more wrongdoing and shady business practices.

    This is a kid and he has been nothing everyone and keep threating everyone and he got everyone annoyed first because he doesnt respect what we have ask like appointment hes shows up whenever he wants and he wants us to do whatever he wants and he keeps saying hes the costumer and we have to do whatever to make him happy and he keeps saying he put money on the busienss when this was more of a charity from us to him since the materials i have told him it was $425 and we were doing the labor free  and we even charge him $400 and he did $200 deposit and he needs to learn hes not the owner of the shop and we were doing a favor for him and he wnated to be an a** so we refuse to work with him . We have given him options and he keeps playing one he doesnt want to wake up early so we should set up a time he wants to. and i have mention we have other projects and we cant be playing hes game like showing up whenever he wants to and another thing i have mention to him that hes not supposed to be there while we work because of safety and also ***** likes anyone down on top of them who will work comftable like that and he refuses to leave hes car alone and he keeps saying he wont go and to us thats for him trying to learn how we do the work and if he wants to be there while we work it would be $1500  for a class  for him to learn how to do what we do so if he refuses to leave us work and wants to be ther when we have told him he cant then its hard to work and him setting up a time and not showing up after 3-4 hrs and expecting us to work over time or all night ebcause he decided to be irresponsible well makes it hard for us to work with him again so maybe ask him why he cant drop off the car when ask or why when he set up a time doesnt show up and now we had someone a specialist to come and do connnections a for us  and he didnt show up the time we set iland we had to pay the guy  and now any of the guys want to work with him since he wants to be there breathing down their necks and he doesnt understand  that and i dont know if hes use to hes parents doing everything he wants but we refuse to play hes tantrums and play hes game so thats why after he made us lose a whole day and made me pay the specialist for the connections we decided not to play hes game and him offending and threating and harassing and not showing up when he set up hes time well tell me would you work with him? I told him the headliner is done and just materials was more so he can pick up the headliner if he wants but we wont work with him. unless he apologizes to my guys for disrespecting them and if not he can come pick up hes headliner because we wont work with him and if he wants it install well now he will have to pay the specialist fee because he made us waste a day yeaturday and lay out of our pocket including materials because he only did a partan payment  he never pay the full bill so it was a favor from us that he disrespected my guys so thats not how we work and he keeps saying he will ruin the busienss well my guys said let him do whatever he wants so he can learn to watch hes words so if he wants us to finish it he needs to pay installation form the specialist that is $100 and he owes $200 materials so hes bill  would be $300 balance and if he doesnt want to sell hes headliner is there if he wants it back to original no problem we can do it original again for him to pick it up and hes sunvisors but no lights sis ve he never pay the second part for materials because  we have done charity as free labor  so you can ask him what he wants since ********* we had to block him since he kept playing hes little kid games and we told him to set up a time today in the morning and he said 9 am didnt show up again and we wont be begging him if he decides to wake up late because he doesnt work so working with this guy is hard and if he wants hes deposit back he needs to pay the materials we bought so he will still owe us so he should be thankful that we were doing it for free and we did a great job so whatever he wants please he cna let you guys know if he wants to go with any of the options and if he doesnt thats hes decision we can go to smallcourt for $200  he gave as deposit and we had to pay the rest out of our pocket and he didnt pay labor and the times he didnt show up so we dont have a problem whatever he wants to do but the options i have said because im not playing  hes game and lose another day . we dont want to talk have any communication with him so if you guys do the favor we can connect with you guys because he doesnt understand its like talking to a ******************************************************************************* as the owner because he keeps lying and making stuff up about hes life and thats hes life not our business but people like that its hard to deal with and you will get to know the truth the more you tlak to him so please have him decide soon because we have other projects and if you want to see pictures  or vdeos we can send them but again he has a balance of $300 if he wants it install or just pick it up with lights $200 no installation .

    To start you can see the slander this business is displaying, to call me a kid and to bring up my parents when I am a full grown married man is disrespectful. Everything they have stated is basically just a lie. To break it down originally this was supposed to be done and installed by 1/4/23, now over a week later they want to say I do not want to wake up? This is very confusing to me when every day I would follow up with ******* on when this would be done but I was given excuses daily as to why it was not until finally I told her I am going out of town on Thursday 1/12/23 and needed it done before I go which is why we scheduled install for 1/11/23 at 4:30 p,m. That morning I confirmed with her and everything was fine until later in the day she told me **** who originally took the pieces out of my car on 1/2/23 was running behind because he had a doctors appointment and I had no problem with that and said I would wait until hes done. Well at 4:30pm which is the original time we scheduled she finally messaged me back saying **** doesnt need to be there for them to start working on the car etc. I said thats fine whenever the car needs to be dropped off I will but I will not put my keys through a mail slot with nobody there. I told her let me know when someone is on the way to the shop so I can drop the car off and have someone pick me up so I am not waiting there. This brings up the first discrepancy in their story. Never once EVER did I say I want to stay and watch them work, this is something they made up and I am not sure where that even came from. Even in my messages before I went to the shop I said I need a time confirmation so I can schedule a ride to be picked up. My only concern from the start was there being someone present at the shop so I could drop my keys off to and know someone would be there to keep a lookout. I say this because on 1/2/23 when I originally took my car to get the parts taken out the business right next door got broken into and because of that I did not want to leave my vehicle unattended when no one was at the shop. Even after all of that I still came down to the shop and was there from 5:20PM - 7ish PM just waiting for someone to arrive so I could give them my keys and get this done with. This is where they started lashing out and slandering me, the perfect example of this was when I told one of the owners "*******" that I was outside and in a separate car that was picking me up from the shop, he said I was sitting on my car with my "imaginary friend". Regardless by 7pm when nobody showed up I left and proceeded to explore options. I told them I would let them install the parts and complete the service and we would be done, or they can install the original parts in the original condition that they arrived in (including a replacement for the visor **** broke off my car) and return my $200 payment. This is where another one of their lies comes into play, to say I am sleeping and unemployed which is why I did not come at 9am is far from the truth. I tried to give them a shot to do right and said I would come at 9am the following day but they just did not respond and their silence told me they were not looking for a resolution but rather to test me and see how far I would take this. Everything I have said all has evidence backing it up so if anyone at the BBB would like to see more then the 5 allowed uploads I can provide it all. Now come Thursday morning and still no response from them confirming a 9am time I decided to start the initial steps in the process. The first thing I did was get ahold of the ****** Business Licensing to get the proper information for the legal purposes, come to find out this business is not licensed and has been doing business without it. The ****** business enforcement has now assigned an agent to the case and the consumer affairs will be the next step in this process for me. I told this business they could do right and install the stuff this morning and I would drop everything but again silence. The small claims court is the last step in this but to make it known to the business I will be coming for my $200 deposit + replacement cost for all the parts they have taken + labor to install + legal fees + time and damages. This is the last thing I wanted to do with my time as I have many other things I need to attend to, but because of this and this business negligence I have had to cancel my flight to make sure I see this through 100%. I hope the BBB can see this horror story I am dealing with and can help protect future customers( I am not the only one per their reviews) from having to be put in a situation like I have been put in.

    Its simple and easy  if this kid grows up and stops hes ego than maybe we can work something with him  and he can get hes headliner  that its done but since he kept thinking hes like the owner of the shop and showing up whenever he wanted to and make us lose money and time and after that still say we need to do whatever he wants since hes the costumer and costumers are always right lol . he said he runs million dollar busienss than he should know hes ego of thinking paying half materials  doesnt make him owner and the boss so after he grows up than maybe we can work something out and if he wants hes headliner and sun visors are there done and its a very good labor work and finish project so if he wants it install he needs to pay installation since he made us waste one day and we wont pay for it since were doing it for free already  so its hes decision but im not going to continue arguing with this kid . its easy he wnats it its there but he has a balance of $200 and if he wants it installed  its $200 balance and $100 installation and thats super cheap super cheap just doing him charity since the owner had agreed to it and we wont charge him because he ****** anywhere else and see were not even giving him a bill of half the price it would be easy $700-$800-$1200 so he should be thankful and grow up but if he wants to feel he owns everything and everyone and doesnt want to grow up then he will pay what he owes because were not here to waste time or money and  it seems he wants to do that because he doesnt work or doesnt have  ****** but we do so its simple what we have ask if he wants to if not he can do as he wishes but we dont want to continue this game where he wants hes ego to grow .

    Hello BBB, 

      Again, this business continues with the slander and has again provided ZERO evidence or a response to the issues at hand to attempt to reach a resolution. I have provided a copy of the invoice between the two parties when this complaint was first opened. I paid the 50% deposit ($200) when the work began and the remaining was due upon completion. Now they are throwing out random numbers and added costs that have nothing to do with me or the services agreed to. As I previously stated, the only two solutions here are to complete the agreed-upon service per the invoice and I would pay the remaining balance, or to return and install my parts in the original condition they arrived in (including a replacement for the visor **** broke off my car) and a return of my $200 payment. I am not interested in listening to these guys spew more nonsense with no merit. This time I have uploaded some of the public reviews from other previous customers all experiencing similar issues with them. If they continue to hold my property hostage and expect me to operate my car with the added hazards of not even having lights in my car, I will have no choice but to have ****** replace all the stolen property with OEM parts. The cost for all replacement parts will be added to the total of all costs + damages I am accruing if this does need to make its way into small claims which I would like to avoid if avoidable. It is now 2+ weeks of them having my property with no attempt from them to do anything or for them to unblock and attempt to make contact with me.

    We paid this company $2,500 to reupholster, carpet, and install fiber glass in our boat. When the company returned the furniture, we noticed that they did not install the fiber glass so we took the bench back and asked them to complete the job. It has been almost two months now and they have been ignoring our messages, and not answering the door at the shop when they are there. They are withholding our property and we just want it back. Preferably, completed with the fiber glass installed, but at this point we just want our bench back with the $500 we paid extra for the fiberglass. We called the police and they came out and told us to contact BBB.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/09) */ We are temporary close and we have mentioned this to them before and the owner told them that we were busy and didn't have time and he showed up with the piece without letting us know and he dropped it off and no one told him to bring it because the owner had mentioned we were gonna let him know when but he decided to do his own schedule and that's not how it works with us especially when we are behind on other projects and ask him to show you pictures of his boat because that boat he got a really good price after they cried they couldn't afford it the owner help them out aunt the owner gave them three year warranty and never refuse to fix it but they have to know that fiberglass it's not in one day or two I need all depends on the weather and also we can't drop off everything we have just because he decides he wants to go to the lake so they decided to go pick up the piece and we had the guy put it back together because he said I wanna go to the lake and I don't care if it's done or not I need it to go to the lake so he's the one that decided to pick up the piece because he wanted to go to the lake and I had the messages where he said I don't care if it's done or not I just need it like that to go to the lake so it was his decision like the same thing when he drop it off nobody told him to nobody said we had time to do it he's the one that went to the shop and drop it off after the owner told him he will let him know when we have time because we are shortstaffed and behind and they say we are temporary close from all the issues with him going through especially the owner going through cancer chemo and radiation and surgeries and we explain to him already and he keeps harassing a messaging and threatening so it's hard to work with someone when what they wanna do is fight and ask him to show you pictures of the boat because they took really good quality work and labor and materials and they were so happy they wrote really good reviews but then again just because for some reason like a kid that didn't get his toy when he wanted he started to have tantrums like I said he said he didn't care if the piece was done or not he needed the piece to go to the lake so he decided went to drop it off when we told them we were busy and he decided I'm going to pick it up when it wasn't done yet because we are still trying to finish other jobs so it was his decision and we have all the text messages and we dont have anything from them anymore and we do not want to do business with them and intold them when the owner comes back then they cna talk to him because its hard to talk to someone who has a childish mind but please ask them to show you the boat so you can see how great it lois and they even wrote great comment online and tell him to show you when we told him to drop it off and also when we told him to pick it up because like I said he's doing everything out of his own schedule and he's on ideas and he thinks we need to drop everything and do what he wants because he wants to go to the lake to get drunk with his friends so he needs to know that our business works by schedules not by when the costumer needs it and want to .

    On February 22, 2022, I messaged the business owner to get a quote on my driver and passenger seats to get redone. We agreed on the final price of $450 and was told it'll take 10 business days to reupholster both seats. During those days, not one update. After 15 business days, I reach out to the owner. He responds with the first of many excuses. Another 5 days later, no update, so again I reach out to the owner. Excuses again, conversation ended with him saying he will handle it and said to text him instead of FB Messenger. Gave him another week, again no update, so I reach out. The owner does not respond to me after a month of having my seats. Been to his place of business 3 times in a month and all 3 times the doors are locked. I would knock, but no one responds. At time of this writing, he's had my seats for almost 3 months. I remind you, he has both my driver and passenger seats and I can't drive my car. He has both the money and my seats, and to this day he hasn't responded. The receipt has invoice #********.

I grew up with treat how you wanna be treated and ham by posting personal information from someone that is disrespectful and he has never left a note or call or left voicemails to the shop like other clients have done because they could probably have more sense but anyways he has been trying to contact the owner while the owner is in the hospital after surgeries and chemo and radiation so maybe she would understand why no one is answering his calls or messages if he's messaging that person who is in Salt Lake City. We could arrange for him to pick up his seat but he hast to sign a paper that he needs to take off the lies and the personal information he posted and sign a paper that she's not gonna keep doing it after he picks up his seats after the owner gave him 50% off because he never mentions that of course and also we have him on video from trying to open the door and hitting on the window he scratch The tinted perforated design window that away I'm not thinking about filing a report for him to pay for the door to get replace of design not the actual door but like I said he should be thankful also for different things and not share personal information from one of the workers here because we don't share any information with anyone so if he wants to be treated the same then he should be doing the right way like I said some customers sense there is only some people going into the shop to meet other clients and give them their stuff they have left notes by the mail or they have emailed the shops email and they have left voicemails where we could call them back but if he calls from phone numbers that we don't recognize a no voicemail and tried to contact the owner of the only one who is not able to respond then it will make it harder. He can pick up the seats this week we can arrange someone to meet him but like I said he needs to takeoff everything that he share like personal information and she needs to sign a paper saying she's not going to lie and post it on mine or not share personal information when the owner trusted him and contact him and give him 50% off his seats. we have posted pictures saying appointments only like a sticker and we had posted online as well that we are temporary close for the same reason so I still don't get why she doesn't realize there is something wrong and why he doesn't leave voicemail to call him back or emails the shop Matt the owners and also to stop scratching the window when she knocks because everything's there in the cameras and also to takeoff all the personal information and lies he did online and someone can meet him to give him his 50% off seats I'll finish with good quality materials and you foam. So to read their response that they saw my reviews and saw me on their camera's, makes me even more disappointed at the fact I was never contacted. To accuse me of ripping the tint on their window is crazy to me, especially from just knocking on it. I did see signs to call to schedule an appointment, but since I can't get ahold of anyone, it was impossible to schedule one in the first place.
