In 2019, I purchased a used ****** ****** from Desert 215 Superstore in Las Vegas, NV. Since the purchase of the vehicle, the vehicle has been brought to Desert 215 Superstore, due to a reoccurring leak in the seal of the front windshield near the driver's side. The leak was noticed a few short months after purchase and immediately brought to Desert 215 for remediation. The service department claimed to have repaired the seal. After that, it was noticed again that the seal was leaking and brought back in. This time, the truck was immediately washed after the supposed repair and the leak was still present. Unfortunately, on this third time, the leak caused electrical failure, resulting in damages totaling around $15,000. The vehicle had been brought in on three separate occasions due to the continuation of the leak after each time Desert 215 claimed to have repaired the seal. Furthermore, it was brought to my attention over two years after purchase that Desert 215 Superstore had replaced the windshield before selling the vehicle, as well, without disclosing to me, the buyer, that this was done or why it was done. I found out about this on 04/08/2022 from the service director, Rick. Desert 215 denies responsibility for faulty or fraudulent repair work leading to the reoccurring leaks. Desert 215 also serviced the vehicle for all oil changes and tire rotations, and in 2021, their mechanic stripped the lug nuts from one wheel during service without warning us or fixing this, leaving us driving away from the lot in a potentially hazardous vehicle. The next time we brought it in, they warned us our tire was hanging on by a thread and all the lug nuts had been stripped. We told them only they have ever touched our wheels and we still ended up paying for part of the repair. After addressing the damages with Rick, we were told on 02/17/2022 that they were ordering 1 out of the 3 electrical harnesses needing replacement and they would be in contact. Nobody has reached out.

Around the end of last year i purchased a 2020 dodge charger from desert 215, at the time of purchase on the lot the vehicle would not start, i was told this was because the car had no gas, i thought nothing of it because after filing out paper work i drove the car off the lot. I got the car home and couple days later the car gave me the same issue to where it would not start, i called the dealership and informed them, they advised i take into my local dealership which i did do, i took the vehicle to the dealership on 3 occasions because of this issue, on the last attempt the dealer finally discovered something called a karr alarm which i was told by my ,local dealership it was in fact an aftermarket part that never needed to be installed. Desert 215 advised me when i purchased the vehicle this alarm was a top of the line alarm system that would prevent the vehicle from being stole, never did they tell me it was an aftermarket part. This part was something that i was told by my local dealership was installed incorrectly also causing the vehicle to not start at times, my local dealership charged me $95 to uninstall this part because they informed it was an aftermarket part installed incorrectly by the dealership that sold me the car. I contacted the dealership multiple times to speak to someone about getting my money back, i finally was directed to a Scott C***, who i spoke with and he advised the dealership was sold a month ago and i would need to contact previous people, he gave me an email and a name to contact them. I emailed the contact 3 times trying to get someone to contact me back, no one ever responded to any of my attempts. I am only looking for my full refund on this part as i was lied to and an aftermarket part was unnecessarily installed incorrectly that caused my car not to start on.

Around Oct of last year I went into desert 215 located in Las Vegas and purchased a vehicle 2020 dodge charger. I was advised that the car had a high tech alarm that would prevent the car from being stolen, A couple days after getting the car home I kept having a issue in which i contacted the same dealership back and advised them of the problem i was having with the car. The car would not start on many attempts, the car is a push start and it would not start along with some other issues, i tool the car into the dealership 3 times and was just recently told the issue was that alarm system that was an aftermarket part installed in the car. The issue even happened on the dealership lot and i was lied to again and told it was because the car did not have gas, I had no idea at the time this would be my issue. I took my vehicle into the Bakersfield dealership all times because this is where i live. I had to pay for the part to be removed as i was informed it was a part that never had to be installed and it was an aftermarket part. I spent a lot of time trying to reach out to desert 215 multiple times, I was finally provided with a Scott Cobb to contact, I spoke with him and he advised me that the dealership was recently sold and i would have to contact the people that sold me the car, he provided an email address to best get in contact .with them, i have sent 3 attempts in hopes that someone would reach out to me, no one has bothered to respond to any of the email attempts. The dealership charged me $95 to have the equipment uninstalled from my car, i just want my money back that i had to pay.
