    Paid $27,105.04 for a car that is broken and lots of problem, had broken down heading out of state on the side of the freeway. Had to tow the vehicle back to ********* to get it repaired by the dealer. It's been 2 weeks that the car is being fix at the shop with avail. There was no registration copy of the car presented to me at the day of purchase., I was told the ****** will send me the registration when it is ready.

    This customer is covered under our personal 30 day gaurantee. The customers vehicle is in our possession currently, but customer elected to trade it in for another vehicle. Im not sure what you want me to do, as he currently no longer legally owns this vehicle anymore. You can verify all this with the customer.

    Bought a 2017 ram 1500 from Boktor motors. As an out of state buyer they had us pay Nevada sales tax and said the ********** would send a check to Kentucky dmv. It was not received. First ***** in finance said Boktor didnt send it to Nevada dmv, then he said the dmv cashed it and would send it to us. Getting the run around. Wont answered when this is going to be corrected. They stole our $1700 in sales tax paid. We paid $1300 in sales tax in ******** and have all the receipts. Its been 2 months and I want my money. They have all the proof that we paid the sales tax twice. *********** financing has been contacted.

    Here is a copy of the check sent to his DMV, customer is upset because he thinks the sales tax is supposed to be used as personal funds, i could not have made it more clear to the customer, sales tax is for the vehicle. Johnson county clerk ************  Johnson county judges office ************  both places said that dont have a check. The check should have been sent to garrard county clerk. *******************. *********, Ky. 40444 ************ is the number for Garrard county clerks  office. The clerks office said our Kentucky sales taxes were paid and that Boktor should issue a check to us  they suggest that Boktor track the check to see if it was cashed and by whom

    The Nevada dmv sent the paperwork to ******* clerk on August ****** with no check included. Boktors check is dated September *******  if it was actually sent it was sent to the wrong county of Johnson county treasurer. They have no record of a check being sent. Both counties  suggests getting a copy of the canceled check to see who if anyone cashed it. So the counties in question can track it.

    The copy of the check that you sent doesnt prove anything. Where is a picture of the back?  We are not trying to use these fund for our personal benefit. Show proof that the check was cashed. The county clerks office in ************** and ******* county said to ask. The copy of the check that you supposedly sent doesnt have proof on the front that it was cashed.

    You are correct my mistake but same situation with a different customer.

    A check was sent to your DMV for taxes only. please look at the letter YOU sent us.

    The Bank will not allow you to finance Registration, we confirmed with your Lender, and we can only send a check for taxes, which we have done.

    Registration per your contract is not allowed to be included in your finance amount.

    Im sorry for the confusion.

    Please see 2 attachments, 1. email correspondence informing you, it is for taxes only. Attachment 2 also shows you what the taxes are, which is no where close to 1700$.

    Im sorry you are upset, but it is not up to us, we called your bank, and they will not allow us to pay your registration.

    I am rejecting this response because:  a check was not sent or cashed. Your check is address to the wrong county first of all. Doesnt prove who or if it was cashed. Send a copy of the back. The correct county is *******. We have already paid the taxes in ********. How many times do we have to say this. Garrard county said. Do Not send them a check. They cant cash it as the tax has already been paid by us out of pocket. Garrard county number. ************. Call them and find out for yourself. You state that you sent a check. Where?  For what amount?  When?  The same one that you sent a copy of? Thats not any proof. No one , not Nevada dmv cashed it like you stated at first. Not **************, which is the wrong county. Not **************. How can I make this anymore clear. Call *********** and verify that the full amount of sales tax that we paid in ****** should be sent to us. Why is this so hard to understand and do?

    If you are referring to the copy of the reciept from *******. That is the amount that we paid out of pocket. Not the funds that you supposedly sent. Understand?  This is a copy of the sales tax that WE paid out of pocket. We paid the sales tax from our own funds!  You did not send a check for sales tax to ********. Call ************ ************** will now NOT accept a check from Boktor. The tax was paid by us in ********. Do not send a check to ******* county per them. ************. If *********** says to send it to them, then I need the amount. By all means send it to them. If they confirm that it can be sent to us then do that.

    What is going on with you?  You sent a copy of a check that was never cashed to ************** in the amount of $1820.29. Attached is a copy of that check that they never recieved. Wrong county. We paid out of pocket $1187.94 on just sales tax and with Registration fees totaling $1302.65 to Garrard county ourselves. Also attached.  Plus *********** paid through the loan  a total of $1702.13. You state that $1700 is no where near the correct amount then why did you write out a check for $1820.29. Also attached

    This receipt that you are showing here. (Attached) is a payment from us to **************. It shows a transaction number for our debit card. Also have that transaction on our bank statement from US not Boktor.

    i am unsure of what you are stating/requesting? i cannot make it more clear, there is no money owed to client. we sent a check to their DMV, to pay for sales tax. registration was not included in loan amount, therefore **** will not authorize registration payment to client. its very simple, we collected sales tax, and we mailed sales tax check to clients DMV. im still not understanding the issue?

    As I have proved multiple times the sales tax was not received by our county clerks office (***). As I have proved multiple times the check you showed us was for over $1800. Made out to the wrong county was not received or cashed in ********. ***** just sent an email stating that he sent us a check for the taxes. If this is true what is the check number, amount and what address?  Why do you keep saying Boktor sent a check to our dmv. We have proven that we paid the sales tax ourselves here in ********. Why cant you understand what the issue is?

    I have been looking for a 2002 ***** Accord and decided to buy one from Boktor motors in *********. I asked many questions about the car and was lied to. I received a false vehicle inspection upon signing. I live in ***** so I was only able to go off of the inspection I was provided. Upon arrival I noticed the window tint was all tore up on one of the windows. I should have been made aware of such a prominant thing. The car had a strong smell of gasoline. apparently was coming from the fuel pump spewing fuel all over the top of the tank. Also the oil pan gasket is leaking pretty good. Also not included in the Inspection they provided. I have tried to reach out many ways and was told im being "fucked in the ass". Great mannerism, professionalism, and custmer service. I recently looked on Yelp and im not the only one that has dealt with this behavior.

    This is an actual customer who did purchase an actual vehicle from us. He did also file a complaint about the gasoline and something about the oil when I called him. He said that the vehicle was leaking because of a specific gasket when I asked our mechanic mechanics in the shop about it. They said that the gasket that he was referring to did not exist, and I did inform him that the shop he took his vehicle to was obviously lying because that gasket doesnt exist. ****** then said give him $600 and he would be happy. I felt this was a shakedown because when the vehicle left our property, it had been fully serviced and was stored inside until the transporter picked it up. This vehicle was never leaking oil or fuel. This vehicle was also Signed off by an inspector and the customer. This is clearly a shakedown.

    I bought a car in April9 2024 and a week later when back to the dealership because the car is not working but they say that are not their problem i am requesting my money back because this people are horrible business

    we give free 30 day warranties on all vehicle sales- if this customer had any issues he would have contacted us and we would have fixed the car- WE NEVER say its your problem. even when cars do not have warranty left we do FREE DIAGs to our customes and offer discounts on repairs. this guy wants his money back 3 months later? sounds like he is fishing and thinks you guys are some type of government entity instead of a typical business like mine. we dont do anything wrong or we would not be in business. we take care of our customers even when they leave bad reviews online. our goal is to be different and this is why we are still in business.

    i searched this customer- he was banned and trespassed from our property because he crashed his car and wanted to return it 3 months later after destroying it. he also threatned to BOMB our building and kill everyone inside of it. please do your homework before bringing junk to me. you guys are a joke.

    I bought a car almost a year ago. It had **** more miles then advertised and some issues. The air conditioner blew hot out of one side. The owner said they would fix it and recharged the system and said it was fixed. Im now being told by a shop that the compressor has a major leak and has been leaking for a while. I was told it would cost about ***** dollars to fix the air conditioner, which is too much money for me. I have messaged the owner and the guy that showed me the car with no answer. I also called the lot to talk to the guy that did my contract and was told he would call me back in 5 minutes but they hung up and never took down my number. I feel like i was lied to and scammed. I still owe a lot of money on this car so there isnt much i can do but try to stay cool in the summer wothout air conditioning.

    On 8/2/23 I went into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Before having them run my credit I asked the sales rep if I needed a license to purchase. He stated as long as a licensed driver drives the vehicle off the lot we don't care what you do after that, a license is not required to purchase a vehicle. So I gave them permission to run my credit, they said that I was approved for 6.9% interest rate with $2000.00 down. That is for a 2017 Jeep Patriot last four of vin #****. I agreed with this and said let's start the paperwork. They started the paperwork, the interest rate was not at 6.9% it was at ****%. The dealership said come back tomorrow for them to give us the paperwork, smog & wash the vehicle. My girlfriend took vehicle back the next day to pick up paperwork and get ********** washed. This is now when she was able to see the nicks and dents on the vehicle. We weren't too worried about it because it's used. On 8/9/23 the sales rep called me, he told me that I needed to obtain a license. I let him know with my work schedule it is not possible at a moments notice. The rep then said I would need to return the vehicle if I can't provide license. He said that the finance company will not accept the loan without it. So I tried for the next two days to get an DMV appointment, I was unsuccessful. I went with my girlfriend back to the dealership on 8/12/23 to talk to them in person and see if there's any other way to keep vehicle. They said there is no other way besides the license so we have to return the car. I let them know that is ok but I need my $2000.00 deposit back. The finance manager told me that I can pick up the check from the dealership no later that 8/18/23. On 8/18/23 I went back to the dealership around 5:30pm to pick up my refund. The finance manager didn't want to speak with me so another gentleman told me that they mailed the check to me and I should have received it by now. I let him know I did not receive it and I was told to pick it up here.
