    On 9/19/2023 i went to compass auto sales ,i pay $1500 for downpayment, for a ******* tucson 2014. We did all the paper work,we did the contract.I got the car insurance and i they give me the car. But like in 2 weeks ************************* who work there told me that i have to return the car to the dealer. Because the bank did not approved me and i have to give them the car back. So i did return the car ,but i ask them to give me back my $ i pay for the downpayment,and *** one of the owner told me that i have to wait until the check the car and check the millage and the car conditions. I have been ask them for a refund and they dont resolve me nothing.****** is a lady she did a job letter with out my permission.i need my refund. I lost my job all because of them. I dont have $ no car and im having a very hard time,i have 2 kids and need the $ or the car so i can look for a job. Please help me.
