I purchased a 97 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership back in October. They "promised" to have it in great condition in the time period of 3 weeks, including paint job. We did not get the vehicle until a little over a month in unacceptable conditions therefore we returned it back to dealership where they guaranteed that in another two weeks the vehicle would be completed. Moving forward, after two months the car is still in the dealerships possession. When the vehicle was first released to us before returning it, the driver door was completely shut to the point where the only way to get in was through the passenger side to climb over to the driver seat. The check engine light was on and when complained about we were told by ****** at the shop that all we had to do was run the car for about an hour for it to go away and for it to pass the smog. The vehicle was not cleaned at all. It was covered in dirt and dust both interior and exterior. While we went to run the vehicle to see if the check engine light would go away, it was discovered that the vehicle made a strange sound and it did not go above 50 mph. Comes to find out the transmission was in horrible shape. I contacted the financing company to explain the situation and they suggested I'd get a diagnostic report for them to open a claim because I was not going to make a payment for a car in such conditions and that til now I do not have. The finance company suggested that I did not make a payment b/c upon making that 1st payment meant I accepted the vehicle as it was. Finally after over 2 months in total of being patient and without a car we went to the dealership to resolve the issue or get a complete refund b/c to the date the vehicle was just sitting in their lot. Upon arrival ****** the and owner (****) greeted my partner and I in a very hostile and rude way. The owner was in a yelling tone the entire time & ended kicking us out while insulting my partner and myself in a very inappropriate and even sexual manner
