I bought a 2017 jeep renegade from them and the front end suspension was broken and they knew.. but did not disclose that to me.. so far I am $3000 into repairs and still have another $2000 in repairs to do to the Jeep so it is safe on the road to drive and I am making $521 a month plus insurance I called the financial company ****************** and they won't help me.. I signed a 'as is' with RT Motorsports.. but they never disclose that the front end suspension axle and control arms..breaks..rotors.. all need to be replaced.. they sold me a broken Jeep that I have to fix and make the payments.. that Jeep should have never been sold to the public broken and unsafe to drive on public roads in ******..they lied and sold a broken jeep and ****************** financed a broken Jeep to the public on line all cars and trucks should be responsiblely checked before they are safe to drive on a public road or even be financed! I also had to put smaller tires on it $600!Thank you I guess i have to take a repo because i can't afford the payments and the mechanics billBusiness Response

We have gone over this complaint with ******** in June, 2024. Purchased vehicle 5/16/2024. We provided copies of contract, As Is Buyers Guide, signed acknowledgement truck had aftermarket lift/tires, pictures of parts changed & invoices. Please tell ******** to refer to the emails sent by ********* June 4, 2024 documenting this same complaint. She is more than welcome to come by ********* to obtain copies again.Customer Answer

RT Motorsports ONLY fixed the rack in pion they did NOT fix the front Axle CV boot or the control arms the tires that the truck came with were too big and you can not turn the wheels to park or turn properly so I had to buy new smaller tires.. I have spent over $3000 fixing this Jeep and now all of the brakes have to be replaced rotors and pads another $2000Initial Complaint

I bought a car from them last week in Nov and two days later the check engine came on I called them left message on vm and email. The owner then calls a week later yelling at me that it as is and what the h*** do I want bothering them on a Sunday when it was a Thursday I left messages and was told they wont take it back. Then car started jerking and now transmission overheating took to repair shot the warranty I was told I had wont cover nothing and the issues are due to them having it for more then 6 months ago. Now Im stuck with a car wont drive at all and cant repair as repair are $9000 when I put down $2500 for the car and then am paying $13000 for a $6000 car!Initial Complaint

On December 20 2022 I purchased a glk350 priced at $12999 I put a ***** dollar down payment remaining balance of **** my first payment was due on January 3 2023 on January 16 2023 my vehicle was repossessed by the above ************* per nrs code ******** my payment is considered delinquent 30 days after missed payment I also went down there trying to retrieve my nessasities and was refused and told to leave the propertyInitial Complaint

I bought a 2007 ****** Prius from ************* located at **********************************************************************. I bought the car on November 8th for $8,250. Days as after purchasing the car the ***** light, "brake system warning line" came in. I contacted the dealership shortly after to ask them about the lights. They dismissed my complaint and told me to put air in the tires. I took my car to a ****** dealership and got quoted almost $4,000 in repairs. The mechanic explained the car needs a new actuator, a caliper brackets and bolts, there is a recall on the shaft and the water pump has a leak. The mechanic also explained that it was obvious these problems were pre existing and appeared there before I purchased the car someone went under the car and attempted to temporary fix the caliper. I'm asking for a refund on the car for the full amount I paid to purchase.
